for two weeks I have been watching wih this new setup and I am having the worst experience possible...This is a joke, my screen plays for 3 seconds, freezes for 5 seconds...Is everyone else having this issue. I am ready to call Directv, they have got it wrong this year.

I have had the same problems. I lost the feed completely for a quarter today.

oh that is absolutely no good. i was looking at this today and am really thinking of getting this, and going with an S cable out of my laptop to the TV. but if it doesn't even work...

the past couple of years they had the desktop application, and i never had an issue...this web based service is a joke. And I can't even log in with my phone.
