***OFFICIAL 2009 NFL DRAFT*** (1 Viewer)

Harvin at wildcat with Jackson out wide? Tavaris Jackson was basically running a wildcat all last year since he cant throw.

Wow, NE must be drooling. Get Oher and Ray to fall in their lap here. Was really thinking they would be drafting a CB but not with those guys on the board.
Now if the Pats don't take Oher here, something is really wrong with that kid.

You have to expect all the Harvin jokes with the Vikings pick, but there's no questioning how much more dynamic their offense can be with this kid on the field if he can keep his head on straight. I think they have enough leaders on this team that they'll be able to reign him in and keep him from too much trouble.

I hate the Vikes. Another Troy Williamson project, but this time with problems. I cant believe it...
Harvin is about as close to Williamson as Chad Johnson is to Ashley Lelie. This was a great value pick. Vikes fans will be very happy.

Pats on the clock. What's amazing about this situation is that there's no way that the Pats seriously scouted Oher because they couldn't have expected him to fall to them. His learning disability now becomes a major question mark for them or any other team in their situation.
It wasnt the norm but I did see Mocks recently where Oher was falling to the 2nd round.

It doesn't sound like the Pats not to prepare for every possibility. They were probably still scouting Stafford yesterday.

Do we have his Wonderlic score, and are there any reports out there about his interviews?

:D Pretty sure the Patriots are a step or twelve ahead of you, me, and the mock drafts.

Drat! Taken by the Ravens...

Russ Brandon should be fired on the spot. Bills should have had Oher at 21.

The Ravens could very well end up with Oher and Maualuga. Unreal.

Edit: Nevermind, NFL.com finally updated the full trade and show the Patriots with Baltimore's 1st rounder.

 I'm not saying I know more than them, but Oher's a unique case, and you only have so many interviews and workouts you can do. I'm only using them as an example because they were on the clock (before they traded down), but I seriously doubt that they took a close look at him for the reasons stated.
