Last night in Buffalo...
Jurrjens (L, 2-1) gave up 12 hits and 11 runs in his 4.2 innings of work. Ten of the 11 runs were earned. He walked two and struck out three.

All five teams in the NL East are above .500. Doesn't mean anything just thought that was pretty cool. Not sure I ever remember seeing a whole division with a winning record this far into a season.

Mets will fade but the other 4 teams are legit with a little help. I think it still comes down to Phils and braves but I think the Braves are a little more complete this year. If Minor can get his head out of his ###, they're scary good.

Dunno, I am telling their fans this as well but they have some legit hitting (Jones one of the best players in the game, Wieters is a beast, Hardy/Markakis/Reimold/Reynolds all solid) and a good bullpen. If the starting pitching can be average, they might stick around until at least August.

RHP Brandon Morrow picked up five earned runs before he took the mound Saturday against the Mets. The additional earned runs were the result of a scoring change in Monday's 7-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Rays. A deserved error on 1B Adam Lind was changed to a hit for some reason. The change increased Morrow's ERA to 3.08 from 2.22.

No ####. Love MadBum being fearless and going right after Braun, but time and place....Bochy needs to pull him here. The kid's got to be flustered after Crawford butchers yet another grounder, he's over 100 pitches and Romo's warm.Braun - 1-5 with 2k, 1bb against RomoBochy's an idiot.

Called him out for making a "move" to third on a flyout. He ran back to first but they called him out for making that move to third.

He made no move to third. Ump was just staring him down too.

I admit I typed that kind of fast, but what else would you like explained?The best part of it was watching Lawrie try not to blow up. It looked like his head was about to pop off. Guy is high strung.

He actually slid into the bag and then headed back to first. He should have re-touched the bag apparently. It was pretty nitpicky to call him out, imo.
