I wouldn't object if someone wanted to pay me.You couldn't pay me either, because I'm doing it for free.Really? I think this is so fun. To each their own I guessYou couldn't pay me to watch this crap.
Wasn't Shonn Greene slow to the hole? That's the opposite of Williams.Shonn Greene clone.Andre Williams... 4.54 unofficial

Care to unpack this?If something seems too good to be true, it usually is... a lot of guys going pear shaped this afternoon.
I'm not a scout, but that's the type of thing I don't want to see in a WR.Early in the WR field drills it looked like a class deep in the inability to catch.
Win some, lose some.I'd like to know who you don't think will be a WR1 in this draft. You sure nailed it with Allen last year.If something seems too good to be true, it usually is... a lot of guys going pear shaped this afternoon.
Watching him I can't get past the fact that he doesn't make anything happen on his own. I guess I agree he can hit the holes and, if there's no one in front of him, make some gainers. He put up big numbers at BC, big thanks to his line and poor competition. In the NFL I don't see him being a league leading rusher... Or a starting RB.I feel like Williams goes north-south pretty quickly. Do I have that wrong?
There's more than enough tape of him shaking off defenders and lowering his shoulders into defenders.Watching him I can't get past the fact that he doesn't make anything happen on his own. Your statement is too vague to have any meaning. Yes, I predict most of these guys will suck too. I won't give names of course.Win some, lose some.I'd like to know who you don't think will be a WR1 in this draft. I agree, but that's not really what I'm talking about. Big guys should do that. He just doesn't do anything but hit the hole and run straight. He's the definition of a one dimensional back and it's not going to get him far in the NFL. If he comes close to what Shonn Greene is I'd actually be surprised. I'd say that's his ceiling. There's more than enough tape of him shaking off defenders and lowering his shoulders into defenders.Watching him I can't get past the fact that he doesn't make anything happen on his own. I thought he'd be faster but I like him as a prospect.Andre Williams... 4.53 second attempt unofficial
I could get behind that. I'm thinking Mason, Seastrunk, or Hill will have the crown of this RB class when they've had a couple NFL seasons under their belts. My money will likely be on Seastrunk, but I'm open for a change of opinion.LT thinks Tre Mason could be best RB and that 40 is overrated.
Me too.I thought he'd be faster but I like him as a prospect.Andre Williams... 4.53 second attempt unofficial
Maybe not in a PPR leagueI thought he'd be faster but I like him as a prospect.Andre Williams... 4.53 second attempt unofficial
Sankey will be the best RB of this class, career wise... Im thinking a Steven Jackson career for himI could get behind that. Agreed on Williams not looking like a natural receiverAndre Williams looking awkward catching the ball... Cradling it into his chest on these receiving drills.
Seastrunk on the other hand looking natural, catching with hands away from his body.
Brutal.Andre Williams isn't going to be a 3 down back in the NFL.
I think sanky will be good but he doesn't do anything great. I think that will handicap him from becoming Sjax.Sankey will be the best RB of this class, career wise... I could see that. Will be interesting to see how he plays out.Where is Dri Archer going in this draft? You have to think a team will plan to covert him into a slot receiver ala Travon Austin.
I've got him in my Top 10. Reminds me of MJD.Sankey wooooooooooooooo looked Delish there making a clutch 2nd catch on a poorly thrown ball.
How are you guys so low on him?
LT sounds like he's really impressed by him as well
Yeah I think he was making a career comparison above but could have picked a better guy to use, they couldn't be more different.Steven Jackson was 6'2" 235 lbs. as a rookie I think (listed at 240 lbs. now).
Sankey about 5'10" 205 lbs.?
yes, career #s type comparison.. not running/playing style.Yeah I think he was making a career comparison above but could have picked a better guy to use, they couldn't be more different.Steven Jackson was 6'2" 235 lbs. as a rookie I think (listed at 240 lbs. now).
