Non ppr, standard scoring

Luck

For

Bortles

Ellington

Evans

2016 1 (early)

2017 1

2018 1
Holy stuff! Even without the 2017/2018 picks this is a landslide on the "other" (non-Luck side)

That looks like a 2QB price unless Evans is not Mike Evans

Haha! Very funny nobody believs your serious. This is dynasty discussion not redraft.
He's not the only one with Dion Lewis in his top 5 dynasty RBs...
This just confirms FBG staff is a joke when it comes to dynasty. Been following them for years and I'm not sure how you guys do it, but you get it wrong more often than right. No disrespect just the truth.Shane Vareen says hi. And he's twice the back the Lewis guy is. But hey Lewis continues to score a TD every game like he's Ben doing he's a great ppr back in a redraft, still going to be TD dependent to be any better than a RBs 2

No disrespect

Gave: Julius Thomas
Got: 2016 1st (mid/late)

Gave: Sankey + Garcon
Got: Foster

Different leagues.

1st trade is one I actually wasn't expecting to be accepted given Thomas' injuries, but pleased it was. I own Eifert and L Green.

2nd trade is from the worst team in the league, and I am currently 3rd at 4-1.

Both deals are solid for you

I own Luck in 2 leagues and would play without a quarterback for the rest of the season if that was a condition on the trade going through, seriously in one of my leagues a guy owns all those other guys except Bortles (I own him) and I would give him Bortles just so he could trade him back to me in that deal.

Pretty good burn. Vereen isn't twice the back James White is though.

There are few RBs who aren't TD dependent. Certainly guys like Lacy and Hill are at the moment and they were no brainer top 5 RBs at the beginning of the year. If you compare Lewis to guys outside of Bell, Forte, Gurley, and Peterson, his floor is really high and his week-to-week upside isn't much different. The guys with the highest floor outside of TDs are receiving RBs like Bernard and Lewis.

There are obvious reasons not to put him in the top 5 and prefer someone like Hill or Gordon who could figure it out and provide a longer elite career. Like the fact that Jonas Grey never started again after his 200 yard game. But its personal opinion at that point.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edit: The "TD dependent" Lewis is 6th among all RBs in yards per game.

First and third ones really depend on the quality of the picks. If those picks are high, I think they're fair value.

The second one gives me the sads, though.

16-team non-PPR contract league. Keep 7 contracted players plus players on rookie contracts.

Gave: Duke Johnson (rookie contract), Karlos Williams (open contract), 2016 1st and 2nd (probably around 1.15 and 2.15)

Got: Dez Bryant (expiring contract), Colston (expiring contract), 2016 1st (~1.06), 2016 2nd (~2.03)

Top 8 picks in rounds 1-2 are determined by weighted lottery. So the 1.06 I noted is likely to be around there, but could be anywhere from 1.01 to 1.08. Same for the 2.03.

So I get Dez to make a title push this year and jump up about 10 slots in the first 2 rounds next year.

If these are 12 team ppr leagues those are great deals for DT.

Any bigger league and I think they are much closer except the Matthews deal...that one I just don't get

Dynasty best ball league (currently in first place by about 80 points).

I gave - Nelson Agholor, Kenny Stills, Two 1st round picks (one is mine, should be late..the other is currently in 7th out of 12)

I get - Alshon Jeffery, Jordy Nelson, Kamar Aiken

I will take what you got

Two trades I made this week.

Gave Randall Cobb

Got Eddie Lacy

also

Gave: Jimmy Graham, Lamar Miller, Josh Gordon

Got: Antonio Gates, Julian Edelman

So net for me was

Gave: Randall Cobb, Jimmy Graham, Lamar Miller, Josh Gordon

Got: Julian Edelman, Antonio Gates, Eddie Lacy

I'm good with that. At least for this season I think I upgraded WR (Cobb to Edelman), TE (Graham to Gates), and RB (Lamar Miller to Lacy)...for the cost of Josh Gordon.

Yeah looks good for this year. I like what you gave but understand getting the production

Yeah, I'm making a run, for sure. A lot of it hinges on Josh Gordon, but I can always trade for him in July or something.

8 team. 7 keeper.

12 team dynasty league, max four-year contracts. Mostly standard starters, but we also have to start a rookie, so rookie kickers have decent value (worth about a 3rd rounder in our league). Non-PPR.

Team A gives: Luck (1 year), B. Powell (1), Gates (1), A. Franks (1)

Team B gives: Cutler (1), A. Robinson (3)

Team A won the title last year with a dominant team, but lost Jordy in preseason, Charles this past week, and Luck was banged up, leaving him with David Carr as his only QB. Both teams are 2-3, so that's not a big factor. The general consensus was that Team A didn't get enough and/or traded Luck too early. He has both Davis and West, so he's not toast at RB, Robinson bolsters his WRs, and he can still start Witten at TE. We'll see how it plays out, but my gut is that he'll regret trading away Luck so early.

14 team no ppr

Post-injury

Gave: Charles

Got: 2016 1st round (top 7 for sure)

Any thoughts?
Is your team in contention at all? If it is I would try and balance out your roster for a championship run with a good QB or maybe WR. You are loaded at RB and TE, but Golden Tate as a WR 1 is limiting, and both Peyton and Brees look like they are in freefall. Your format is quite different, so I'm sure there are ways around weakness at WR, but QB is going to take a long time to develop.

The value is pretty close in the deal, but I'm curious about your angle on long term strategy.

Currently 3-2 tied for 5th with 4 teams ahead of me at 4-1. Currently have 2 deals to trade Olsen and get L Miller and deal Forte and get A Robinson and J Landry to get some young talented WR that will give me a core of talent 25 and younger. QB is next and will either be added at draft or deal picks to get a younger qb. Luck and Rodgers are not available. May get a guy like Bortles.

12 team ppr, other owner is JC/Knile owner

Charcandrick for a 2016 2nd, likely mid

Amari Cooper

Team trading away D Thomas had a horrible bye week issue next week with him, Lacy and Forte all on bye.

Hmmm...even though this could viewed as a lateral move, I don't see the logic of moving an elite player in a dynasty league because of bye week issues. And if two of your top three players are already going to be out, subbing Cooper for Thomas is probably not going to be the difference between winning and losing IMO.

Not really a bad trade but owner seems to have more of a redraft rather than a dynasty mentality.

I love that in redraft not so much in dynasty but if you like it that's all that counts

Don't know if I agree with the bold. Peyton maybe but Brees looks fine to me. The Saints issue is they keep committing to the run even though it stuffs their offense

I would also probably trade Charles for that but if it were a late first maybe not

Well I disagree with trading him because of bye week issues.

However I have Cooper in a few leagues and I don't think I would trade him for DT right now. Amari is playing pretty well and is a safer storage of future value

Very competitive 10 team league. Having Cooper next week vs not having D Thomas could mean the difference between winning and losing - and thus between playoffs and no playoffs. Team trading away Cooper (who's on bye this week) also has L Murray on bye - so he gets another option this week as well.

The two players have similar fantasy points this season, but Cooper as a rookie has done it with far fewer targets.
