It's quality analysis like this that keeps me coming back here.Matt Jones sucks.
Thanks! Didn't really think it needed deep analysis - just watch the tape and check out his results vs Fat Rob Kelley. It's quality analysis like this that keeps me coming back here.
He fumbles with the best of emThanks! Didn't really think it needed deep analysis - just watch the tape and check out his results vs Fat Rob Kelley.
Injury prone? Check.
No vision? Check.
Limited short area quickness? Check.
Etc etc etc
What does he do well? I'm struggling to find his strengths.
Two preseasons ago, the staff raged about his balance, his hands out of the backfield, and how well he moved for such a big guy. I'd suspect the truth is somewhere in between. I can't see him being worse than Blount. He looks like there's concrete in his shoes. Thanks! Fair enough. I'm not a Blount fan either. Two preseasons ago, the staff raged about his balance, his hands out of the backfield, and how well he moved for such a big guy. Special teams stud early on, but wouldn't be surprised if he's on the field a lot as a receiver as the season progresses. He looks good.Thoughts on Mack Hollins role? Measurables are there, looks like he will get some run.
Maybe some late season value this year but otherwise not really relevant. Next year and beyond though, guy could be solid.Thoughts on Mack Hollins role? Measurables are there, looks like he will get some run.
He's a guy I'm looking to have on my team after I'm through with the byes. The potential seems to be there with him and he really looks good from everything I've seen.Thoughts on Mack Hollins role? Measurables are there, looks like he will get some run.

What's the wr situation? When's the final cuts deadline? Anything to watch for us besides RB's?
Those are my favorite. I love when people just say a guy is good or sucks but have nothing else to offer on the topic. I feel it's a general copout since they can't explain/analyze the actual player. It's quality analysis like this that keeps me coming back here.
Todays me would've asked for someone to give Stinkston a trunk ride after that play. It was atrocious. A vet QB gets in his face and McNabb was still young. A vet coach like Cowher, etc gets in his face yells at him ad benches him the rest of the game maybe even the nextI totally forgot about this play lol

Whatever. I expanded on the comment after that, and literally nobody disagreed. So go back and read further. If you disagree with my take, say so. Otherwise, your comment is just hypocrisy, in that you've added nothing of value with your comment above and are just as guilty of doing the exact same thing you accused me of.Those are my favorite. I was speaking in general. Most people use well so and so sucks. However you didn't ad anything to your comment until after the fact you were called out on it. I'm not looking for a fight here just stating that many people use that as a go to and don't expand.Alex P Keaton said:Whatever. I expanded on the comment after that, and literally nobody disagreed. Well that's like your opinion manWhy do fans get so enamored with preseason guys like Scott, McMullen, Bailey, Turner and now Clement. None of these guys ever do anything but we continue to act like losing them every year is a terrible thing. Clement is playing guys who wont smell an NFL roster after these cuts and there is a very very high chance he never does anything in the NFL so please stop with the I rather have Clement then Blount. This is preseason dont read to much into it.
If Wentz goes down, we're toast anyway.I think cutting all QBs but Carson and Foles means the coaching staff and front office feel perfectly fine with Foles' injury. It's more our problem since we don't know the details and he hasn't played. That makes fans nervous. But ultimately, what can we do. If they are confident enough to role with only 2 QBs then they think he's fine.
Yup. Like lose every game toastIf Wentz goes down, we're toast anyway.
Nah it's not that bad this year. Its not like Chase Daniel is back there.Yup. Like lose every game toast
As are most teams when they lose a good starting QB for the year.If Wentz goes down, we're toast anyway.
Pumphrey is also on the final roster. So are we keeping 5 RB's then???clement being KEPT
maybe.Pumphrey is also on the final roster. So are we keeping 5 RB's then???
Cut Blount. I'm over it.maybe.
Billy Brown gone. Kempski thought he would be kept as a 4th TE, so maybe that opens the door.
Blount may not be feeling great now.
Down to 59 with Bryce Treggs out.
Most teams keep 2 QBs now anyway2 QB's, 5 RB's. Wonder how many times that's happened in the NFL![]()
