I received two great shirts from Lake Okoboji as well as two great glasses. Many thanks, and again, sorry I didn’t post this earlier as I was in Europe for 10 days. I need to go do some shopping!!!

As long as you have at least one t-shirt and some “stuff,” you’re good. If people don’t want booze, they generally let me know and I let the stalkee know. It’s pretty rare but it does happen.

So just send what you have. It’s fun getting pretty much anything from someone you don’t know on the Internet from another city. No one is going to complain about beer...

Appropriate swag is - anything. Just try to make it local and a little unique. But there shouldn’t be a lot of pressure. Grab a t-shirt and booze or whatever else you want to send and send it off. We are all happy just to receive a gift from an unknown I-friend.
