BTW, I don’t know where you got that Croatian beer, but I’ve never seen that one.  The more common ones are Karlovačko, Pan, and Osijek.

The Fox nightly wrap-up show is excruciatingly bad.  An hour with Fernando Fiore and Alexi Lalas is about 60 minutes too long.

 
Let's see how bad this first game with remote commentators is.....so far just lots of general talk about the teams and I expect much of the same going forward since they can't, you know, see the actual game outside of what we can also see.

Yep, Egypt has looked pretty good.  Sucks that Salah isn't out there.  Any chance he makes an appearance for the final 15?

 
P.S. I watched the BBC replay of the RSA KSA match last night... it was great.  I am going to stick to that when I am at home. Stuck with Fox Sports Go mess when I am not.

 
Any talk of the attendance at the group A game his morning?  It looked like butt on TV... and this was that joke stadium that the knocked out the ends and added a bunch of temporary high-rise bleachers to force enough seating in for the WC.  If the attendance was butt, was it a fluke or the start of a russian trend?
