If that's not a foul on him, then nothing is. To hands around him, actively holding pique from going forward.

Ramos did a great job selling it.  Looked like he was spun around and mauled in real time but on replay I don't even see the physics of how the other guy would have spun him like that.  Looked like a total sell job on VAR, good no call.
