**OFFICIAL 2025 Draft Thread - Green Bay Opens The Door For Guests** (5 Viewers)

Teams where a RB in this round 4/5 range would be interesting for either 2025 depth / competition or potential to ascend in 2026?

Quick list in no particular order:

DAL
BUF - James Cook situation
CHI
CIN
KC
NO
SF
WAS
HOU
MIN
MIA
I don’t see anyone on the board better than what the Niners got out of Guerendo last year. He’s a home run hitter who’s smart enough to slide at the 1 to ice the game.

They’ll probably grab a RB, but I don’t believe it’ll fit the narrative of “competition” at this stage of the draft. I could be wrong.

That Blake Corum pick not looking so great now. Just think how many people took Corum over Bucky that fantasy football rookie draft can be such a heartless b!tch sometimes.
💯

I wasn’t expecting Rams to take a RB at all this year.

There was a brief window between the draft and about week 2 last year where Williams value was super low. I really wish I’d made some offers at the time.

For talent and ceiling, you're probably right. Still think the room could benefit from another guy at this spot, even if Guerendo is favored to win out and retain "next man up" for 2025. Maybe I'm just more nervous about CMC going forward than I should be. I would have been really bullish on a guy like Tuten if he landed here in round 4.

They still have pick 36. I would not at all be shocked by RB.

That said, they still have Patrick Taylor & Izzy Abanakanda on the roster.

Was hoping they would grab Mbow the last pick but WTF do I know? Salah gonna have a lot of fresh faces to fix the D
Yeah, this whole draft has his stamp on it. It’s a very un-Shanny like draft.
Which is a good thing honestly. The RBs and WRs they usually take in the round 3-4 range have totally sucked. Build that D line
I’m with you. The best thing they can do for Purdy right out (outside of bolstering the OL) is building the defense to the point that he doesn’t have to win shootouts.

Marks was not really on my radar. Still plenty of RB talent to go

Ray Garvin loved this guy like he was someone we'd be talking about at the end of round 1 dynasty drafts earlier this year. I'm not sure it was warranted, and I also think he moved off of that as the year progressed.

Chase Brown shareholders rn: :pickle:
I did not accept an offer for Brown in a FFPC league because I was fearful Cincy would take a RB but thinking about it more I should taken that chance why would Cincy blow a pick on a RB when they have so many defensive needs. :kicksrock:
I’m sure your prospective trade partner is relieved as well. Only reason I can think of why they’d want to move him is they felt the same way.

Missed about a dozen picks. Some nice Big Ten talent going on day 3.

Love the 49ers getting West at DT. Personally, I liked him more than the guys they took on day 2.

Panthers continue having an excellent draft adding Ransom. Could totally see him pushing for a starting spot, he was a very solid player at Ohio St.

Steelers adding another solid rusher in Jack Sawyer. Their pass rusher depth is unrivaled.

As washed as Mixon looked at times last year, I don’t see this as a disruptive move for Mixon’s value.

I could be wrong, but this feels like a depth pick more than a potential usurping.
