Official Alshon Jeffery - The Bandwagon (1 Viewer)

Each of the past 3 weeks have progressively been both the best and most involved of his career. Building fantastic chemistry quickly with Cutler. Even appeared today that he is becoming somewhat of a security blanket for Cutler.

With the obvious exception of qb, the offense is reminiscent of the colts a decade ago. Jeffery/Wayne, Marvin/Marshall, forte/edge...

The most encouraging thing about this is that the Saints had one of the best statistical pass defenses coming into today. There's no reason he shouldn't be able to be a reliable weekly option against any other team.

Teams continue to double Brandon Marshall so Cutler will keep going to Alshon. I cannot wait for him to smoke that Packers secondary.

Michael Floyd, Kendall Wright, AJ Jenkins, Brian Quick and Stephen Hill were all taken ahead of Alshon...

Just another note, Cutler is looking for Jeffery ahead of Marshall right now.

Alshon is in for another big game. You have to think Giants are still going to gameplan for Marshall. If they put Prince on him, Alshon will feast on whoever NYG start at the other spot. Seems like all their CBs are out or banged up.

Jordy is in my lineup. I have to choose between Nicks and Jeffrey for WR2. I know Nicks had a big yardage game last week but I can't bench Alshon after what he's done the past 2 weeks.

Bears have had short fields tonight. But Marshall got cutler's ear this week. I still think Alshon can shine in the second half

Dammit.....I may have to put Colston in his spot next week. Never thought I would sound so disappointed in saying that. Gonna have to look at matchups and see what Colston does this vs NE 1st though.

I have Jeffery, Blackmon and Thompkins, and I have a feeling it's going to be one of those years when I always start the wrong WR3.

That's okay though man. Nothing wrong at all with having depth at a position. However, having good depth does naturally lead to starter's remorse...

That was a huge output there. Just glad Marshall got in Cutler's ear

You almost have to ignore matchups with these stupid WRs. Last week, the Saints were a terrible matchup on paper. Their pass D was awesome. So of course, Alshon explodes. Tonight, the matchup couldn't have been any sweeter, and he lays a turd. Pick your two or three best WRs and start them every week. It's worth it just to not second-guess yourself constantly.

Frustrating because he had several opportunities for big chunks tonight and couldn't come down with the ball. Had been able to catch those deep balls he would have had a salvageable game.

Knew I was chasing points but played him over James Jones who I feel is due for a stinker this week as well so...we shall see.

The first one was on Hillbilly Cutler.

Had him wide open for a 50-something-yard TD down the right sideline, and overthrew him.
