I don't know how the Pack fans can call this a good win. The game was basically handed to them like it was Strahan's sack record. But at the same time, they took what was given to them...18 yds over the middle all day long, Ahman Green running like he was a greased pig because nobody could tackle him, etc. Congrats to the Pack fans...I honestly hope Favre isn't gone, as much pain as he has brought the Bears. It just wouldn't be the same without him. For those Bears fans saying the Bears laid down last night, you are alright with that? I hope that's not what you are saying because that would be pretty arrogant of a team that has accomplished basically nothing at this point.
 :( :(

I don't know how the Pack fans can call this a good win.
Um, because we handed you your ###?Get over it.
We?How cool is it that we have an actual Green Bay Packer posting on the board?Does Aaronstory = Aaron Rodgers?
Wow, that's almost as weak as YOUR teams performance last night.I retract my statement.Packers fans can call last night a good win because our favorite team, the Green Bay Packers, EMBARRASED, that's right, EMBARRASED, our hated rival the Chicago Bears, along with their limp-wristed fans. I, a massive Packer fan, would also like to add that the starting QB for the Chicago Bears compiled a quarterback rating of 0.0. We find this hysterical.

:bowtie: Like I said, I paid no attention to the game, but if you think that as a Bear fan I am embarassed about their performance then you are sorely misaken. I don't care about the outcome of what was a meaningless game. If I did, I would have actually watched it. The only thing that matters about last night's game is that the Bears came out it, outside of a few egos, healthyAnd that same QB, with the 0.0 QB rating, and that same team, with the best record in the NFC, will be playing football in January.Yours?Your QB is wiping tears from his eyes, and your team is held hostage again until Football Jesus graces the masses with his decision as to whether he's going to retire or not.Enjoy the off season. I'll get back to you when ours actually starts.

Compared to the crap the Bears put out at QB that's very accurate. So, 2 weeks?

And do you know what we Chicago Bears fans find hysterical? That even with that stinker of a game and 0.0 passer rating, Rex Grossman still finished 2006 with a higher passer rating than Brett Favre:bowtie:

Speaking of crap at QB......Rex Grossman: 73.9 passer rating

Brett Favre: 72.7 passer rating

:bowtie:

I was a bit shocked to see that Favre had 17 TDs and 17 INTs going into last night's game.

That is piss poor pathetic.

25+ is the sign of a good QB in my book. (and I'm not saying Grossman is good either btw)

:blackdot:

Favre threw to Donald Driver all season long because that was his only receiver. and he played with 2 rookie linemen starting.. and at times 3 when Tauscher was out. kick in 3 tight ends who can't catch and you wind up with a ####ty passer rating.

unless you're trying to say that Grossman's passer rating makes him a better QB than Favre.

my hope is that the Bears make it to the Super Bowl and get SLAUGHTERED by the AFC rep.

Someone else seemed to be hung up on the QB rating, so if it means something for one game, it must mean something for an entire season. As for FavreJennings was pretty damn good for the 1st third of the season and GB always uses thier backfield well in the passing game. While it wasn't the ideal situation, it was no worse than what a Rex Grossman, JP Losman or Jon Kitna had to work with going into the season and all of them finished with better numbers than Favre. And rookies on the O Line or not, they held their own in pass protections as Favre was only sacked 21 times this year....and hey look....that's the same number as Rex Grossman.

:lmao: Dude, you are hysterical.

You hate that your little team got embarrased by a sub-.500 club. I understand it's hard to admit that the Packers are the better team. Oh sure, the Bears were the better team in SEPTEMBER, but the Packers proved it on SOLDIER FIELD, wait, when did they do that? Oh yeah! LAST NIGHT!!!!.

Someone else seemed to be hung up on the QB rating, so if it means something for one game, it must mean something for an entire season. As for Favre

Jennings was pretty damn good for the 1st third of the season and GB always uses thier backfield well in the passing game.

Jennings was good for about 4 games. then got hurt and was a total non-factor. Jagodzinski and McCarthy admitted that they had reduced the playbook to FOUR running plays. FOUR. and the only routes they ran in the passing game were a deep go route (when they don't have a receiver to make the catch), the slant and a hook. they hardly passed to the RBs when compared to past years and Favre saved the line a lot by throwing the ball away. that they won 8 games was a miracle.

I would trade the skill position players of any of the teams you mentioned for what Favre and the Packers had. they were starting guys named Ruvell Martin, Carlyle Holliday and Chris Francies for chrissakes.

it's okay, your team got dismantled by a pretty poor Packer team last nite and they are likely going to get embarrassed by someone in the playoffs.

hey, look the Bears had the league's worst schedule strength and are stumbling in to the playoffs with a horrible QB and a shaky defense. good luck with that.

I was almost finished typing out a post stating how the Bears were better than the Packers. But right before hitting the reply button, I realized how silly it would be for me to try and reason with someone who thought the Packers were a better football team. Not last night but for the entire season. Congrats on having a better team with 5 fewer wins and no playoff appearance.

clearly the Bears were the better team this year.. they are better at every position except QB, #1 receiver and corner.

If you are going to highlight certain words in your reply, you might want to make sure you spell them correctly. Honestly, the Packers didn't have to do much to win that game. I think the Bears turned the ball over 6 times? I was EMBARRASSED by the Bears lack of fire and their mistakes. I was more upset that I had paid money to see that debacle in person. If you Packers fans are calling me ignorant or arrogant, I guess I don't understand why. I have congratulated the Packers fans for this win and even said I hope Favre comes back. Whatever. If you want to pick and choose sentences from my posts while ignoring the entirety of the posts, that's up to you.

And congrats on having fewer championships.See how stupid that sounds? Hey, you're the one that wanted to live in the past...

Until they meet again, the Packers are the better team.

Good luck in the playoffs.

Did you just start watching football this year? Are you not aware that teams who already have a bye clinched by weeks 16 or 17 do not often play all of their best players or utilize their best games plans in meaningless games during those weeks?

Obviously, the Bears and their fans should worry about Rex Grossman, but to say that the Packers are a better team than the Bears is moronic. 13-3 vs. 8-8. Hmmmmmmm, do the math, genius.

And using your "whoever won the last game is better" logic, the Texans are better than the Colts. And the Lions are better than the Cowboys.

I apologize for my egregious spelling mistakes.I, for one, never called you anything whatsoever. I replied to an entire post, I certainly didn't "pick and chose sentences".YOU Bears' fans can sure dish it out. (PRE-game of course) It sure seems you can't take it.
