few 'black friday' sales starting today
That is an excellent price. For comparison, Best Buy early Black Friday Ad had it priced at $2,600 after discount.I thought all the kids were using apps like Groupme for their group chats.
At any rate, if you're looking for an OLED, Newegg has a flash sale right now on the LG 65" and 55" B7A models for $2149 and $1399 respectively. Not sure you're going to find a better price on these going forward.
I'm not following. You can set individual text strings to "do not disturb" on iOS. I do it with a bunch of my strings.iOS users can look forward to this new feature coming to them in 2019.
Btw, what’s the FBG value-take on OLED? Is it worth an extra $1,000 over LED?That is an excellent price. For comparison, Best Buy early Black Friday Ad had it priced at $2,600 after discount.
Was in a pinch this weekend when our TV took a dump on us earlier than expected. So I ended up going with the 55" from Costco for $1649. I think it's around $1500 elsewhere but you get a SquareTrade 3 year warranty for free, on top of the Costco extra year of warranty for 5 total years of coverage. There's also 6 months of Sling with HBO included. Going to attempt a price rewind through my credit card to see if I can get the $1400 or $1500 priceThat is an excellent price. There was a thread on one of these deals at Slickdeals the other day. I believe they said the difference between the B7 and C7 is only the speakers. The C7 model has Dolby Atmos, the B7 does not.My 6yo 55" Samsung died yesterday and I've been researching TVs. 65" LG OLED is current leader. B7 model is $2350 at costco and $2300 at Bestbuy. Someone posted the $2150 newegg link which is valid for another week or so.
Anyone know the differences between the B7, C7 and E7 models? We don't need speakers on the tv.
PSA: some talk at Reddit of burn in risk for high use gamers. Doesn't apply to me but I thought I'd share. I believe that thread is discussing an older model. My 6yo 55" Samsung died yesterday and I've been researching TVs. 65" LG OLED is current leader. B7 model is $2350 at costco and $2300 at Bestbuy. Same risk that you have on plasmas, that I've never encountered in the 1000s of hours of gaming I've done on my plasmas.PSA: some talk at Reddit of burn in risk for high use gamers. Doesn't apply to me but I thought I'd share. I believe that thread is discussing an older model.
Ours just died, we picked this one up at Home Depot on a good sale:crap I guess I will buying a new dishwasher. thanks santa
Seems like a great idea, but you're not finding a deal on it. You don't need one though.Tempted to get a Switch for my kids (5 & 8 yrs old). Neither of them are asking for it.....but I know how much I loved Atari and Nintendo as a kid. Perhaps they're still too young.
I have a Roomba that the wife loves and I can’t stand. I don’t understand why it’s so loud. As everyone says you have to keep an eye on it, but it’s unbearable to be around when it’s on due to noise. I also don’t think it does that good of a job either. You can normally see things it missed just by looking.I threw my roomba in the trash. Got so tired of coming home to it stuck somewhere or dragging a shoe because it sucked up a shoelace. I spent so much time preparing the damn room, i found it easier just to vacuum.
If that is the 39db model we are looking at that one. Didn't realize Home Depot carried them. Was reading CR and it had high reviews.Ours just died, we picked this one up at Home Depot on a good sale:
I can't believe how quiet it is. Expensive, though.
We referred to this review.
It always comes just a few weeks after the iWonks lineup to pay $75 for a fast-charging cable for their phone that costs $1,000.... but doesn't come with a fast charging cable.Ah yes. That time of year again.

I got the last 65" B7 at Costco last night. It comes with 2 years of Costco coverage and an additional 3 years from Square Trade is free after a $90 rebate. My 6yo 55" Samsung died yesterday and I've been researching TVs. 65" LG OLED is current leader. I just bought a Sig Sauer P320 full size 9mm with night sights. The trigger is sooooo nice for a stock trigger. At least from dry firing it. I'll be testing it out at the range in a few hours for the first time.Guns, looking for a good deal on either a 9 or a 40. Now that I live in Michigan I figure it’s time to own one.
$800 for a notRoomba to resemble Darth Vader? You could almost buy a fast-charging cable for your phone for that.Roomba wasn't on the shopping list, but maybe I have to now.

yea...saw that....seems a little excessive for novelty.$800 for a notRoomba to resemble Darth Vader? You could almost buy a fast-charging cable for your phone for that.
FWIW, the company that does the AV in my house offered me the B7 for $2300. When I told him I'd bought it the night before, he told me they only make about $60 on the TV and it's almost not worth it for them.I got the last 65" B7 at Costco last night. Yeah, I have a 55" 8 year old Panasonic plasma. I know the end is coming at some point, but I love it.Same risk that you have on plasmas, that I've never encountered in the 1000s of hours of gaming I've done on my plasmas.
Mine is almost 11 years. Have it in the kids playroom. Still going strongYeah, I have a 55" 8 year old Panasonic plasma. I know the end is coming at some point, but I love it.
Keep an eye on it? I turn it on and leave the house all the time. No issuesI have a Roomba that the wife loves and I can’t stand. I don’t understand why it’s so loud. She likes it though so it’s not going anywhere.

Good choice on the LG. The C7 would be my first choice of the threeI got the last 65" B7 at Costco last night. It comes with 2 years of Costco coverage and an additional 3 years from Square Trade is free after a $90 rebate.
Looking at same gun, interested in what you think about it after testing at the range.I just bought a Sig Sauer P320 full size 9mm with night sights. The trigger is sooooo nice for a stock trigger. At least from dry firing it. I'll be testing it out at the range in a few hours for the first time.
As for deals, well, there really aren't many "deals" on guns. Maybe go with a Gen 3 Glock. The Gen 4 and 5 upgrades weren't enough to make the 3 look like some sort of relic. Some places are running deals to get them moved out to focus on the Gen 5. Considering how these things hold their value, there just isn't much in terms of deals.
