I actually bought myself an electric guitar in January including Rocksmith and I've hardly touched it yet. Thinking of a smaller accoustic for my daughter.

We got my 8 year old a 6 month subscription to Tinker Crate for his birthday and he loves it. Plus it's something he and I can work on together, so good father-son time.

hell, all i had to do for mine last year was build a studio in the guest bedroom - and i decked it out with keyboards, piano, guitar/amp, mic/miniPA, ballet barre, new desk/cpu, lime green/pink paint job ... aaaaaand VOILA! 

no sweat at all!
