***OFFICIAL CYDY/Leronlimab Thread*** (1 Viewer)

NASDAQ

Evaluation mode.  They are preparing responses to the questions....  Still responding to the letter from week 4.

My interpretation:  Its gonna be a while longer.

Clift notes for us who couldn’t be on?....
Main points:

1.  Announced today the Medicines & Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA) of the U.K. government requested a meeting with CytoDyn on September 9, 2020 to discuss the Company’s request for Fast Track approval of leronlimab to treat COVID-19 patients with mild-to-moderate symptoms in UK.  Also will submit its current Phase 3 CD12 study for severe-to-critical COVID-19 patients in the UK to the Urgent Public Health (UPH) Research scheme to receive possible financial support from the trial sites and the government.

2. The Type A meeting with FDA is scheduled for Sept 8 for the BLA (HIV indication).  They had requested a meeting weeks ago.

3. EUA request was filed Aug 12.  FDA said that a decision is "forthcoming."  No timetable mentioned.

4.  Still working on NAZ uplist.  No significant update.

I really wonder what the NASDAQ questions were. Normally you'd think you'd turn that around quickly, but maybe the questions are prompting a pause for developments.

Nah, way too strategic...

God save our gracious Queen,
Long live our noble Queen,
God save the Queen!
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us,
God save the Queen!

Why do industry people hate this company so much?  The Night King obviously talks to industry people.  If they had any respect, he wouldn't be tweeting like he does.

Then you get a guy like @Whyatt, who if not the Night King, is another industry dude with a negative bias about the company.

I hate caring about this but it is a red flag.  Industry insiders think they are full of it, regardless if Doctors have felt differently.  I don't get it.

I really think the company dropped the ball with uplisting.  They started way to late, and there doesn't seem to be enough urgency.  I don't think they realize how important this is for legitimacy.

Are you his wing man? Why do you keep atting him?

I can't believe Stat News let's this idiot pull this crap.  Do they want to be known as a tabloid?

Whatever this idiot reporter's beef is with this company, it seems personal at this point.  There is no reason for him to be acting like this.
Stat News is just as complicit as AF.  This is a team effort paid for by BP (and maybe Gilead directly).  There is just too much effort on his part to disparage and hurt the company, and this is despite all the evidence that LL is legit.

Right.  Remember Stat News is the same website that erroneously published fake news about major debilitating side effects in NVAX's vaccine trials.

You've spent too much time on the CYDY message boards.  You went native.

You think AF is out to save the little guy from being scammed?  The Dude has straight out lied in some of his tweets.  He has an obvious agenda.
He is definitely a mean-spirited person.  And he could be corrupt.  He could also just be a bully who found an easy target.  And I guarantee that STAT subscription rates skyrocket every time AF writes an article about CytoDyn.  CYDY has 43,000 investors and a lot are devoted/fanatical enough to pay the $35 yearly subscription rate.  I did (1st month is free and I cancelled before the first charge).

More likely cancelled when they hired you.

Yeah, I can't quite go that far to say that he or Stat is being paid to bash Cytodyn like this.
I would like to know what is driving all the hate though.  They just don't think NP is competant and also believe the drug doesn't work?

The former doesn't surprise me, the latter I worry about a little.  I would like some of this validated in a respected medical journal.

This is what I think.  He goes after companies that have suspect books, tests and are not likely to get a drug to market.  Most of them don't and he can say "I was right"  It doesn't take that much effort to find these companies and then he just quadruples down on his position once he's found his target.

I hope this guy gets burned almost as much as I hope to make money on this thing.

But I also read he has never gone after a company with more than 2 hit pieces or tweets.  He must have close to 10 negative comments against CYDY.  This is why I think there's more to it than him just being an ######.

I agree. In most things like this its money or women or a White Whale.

From the Press release https://www.cytodyn.com/investors/news-events/press-releases/detail/469/u-k-mhra-grants-meeting-to-cytodyn-to-discuss-fast-track

September 8th

"We also look forward to meeting with the FDA to help expedite the resubmission of our BLA, as well as learning whether we receive Emergency Use Approval for leronlimab for COVID-19 or, alternatively, are required to proceed with a Phase 3 trial."

September 9th

"today the Medicines & Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA) of the U.K. government requested a meeting with CytoDyn on September 9, 2020 to discuss the Company’s request for Fast Track approval of leronlimab to treat COVID-19 patients with mild-to-moderate symptoms based upon the trial’s Top-line Report and additional eIND data."

One interpretation of the above information is that CYDY on the 8th is giving the FDA the opportunity for EAU approval for covid before they meet with the UK on the 9th. Its a win-win situation and a face saver for the FDA if the UK gives fast track approval on the 9th.
