Different kind of bad. The Dez type of bad is worse.I wouldnt want him anywhere near my young core of players if i was the browns....josh gordon is bad enuff
No they aren't. No chance for Dez in Seattle.Seattle is very thin at WR.
Everyone can trash talk Dez, but he's far better than everyone not named D.Baldwin on that WR roster. No they aren't. No chance for Dez in Seattle.
They have Baldwin and Lockett, and Marshall and Brown have both played great throughout camp and preseason. Seattle is probably set at WR1-4.
It's not so much the money, but indication are Dez doesn't think the Browns are exactly a "safe choice" considering their situation. I find that hilarious.
It's not just about "better". It's about that, but also about money (not just Dez's, but for others as well) and culture/locker room fit. Put it all together, and no chance for Dez in Seattle IMO.ap28.allday said:Everyone can trash talk Dez, but he's far better than everyone not named D.Baldwin on that WR roster.

No. And I'm one of the guys who think Dez is going to be a boy scout this year because he wants to get paid in 2019. He may want a comfortable situation but I doubt he's going to magically improve his route running to Patriot-tier levels.
I don't even think its that high.Yeah literally 0.0% chance of the Pats signing him.
Free agent Dez Bryant tweeted he "will play ball this year."
He added it "just might be a lil bit later in the year." Reportedly offered less than $5 million by the Browns, Bryant is clearly unhappy with his market, writing he "gave to[o] much love and not received at least half back." Perhaps he will be someone to target on the waiver wire later this season, but Bryant is not worth drafting in most formats.

That’s what Ryan Grant thought too...It is a shame. He could have been in Baltimore. Could have been playing on a team that is always competitive. Instead, he is still getting himself right because he couldn't call his shot and then couldn't get a high salary from a lower tier team. It is a shame. He is near the end. He should have shot for the championship and not revenge.
Yeah. I have a rookie draft starting Thursday and I think I'm going to cut him. Talk about value falling off a cliff...bicycle_seat_sniffer said:Whelp in a keeper league.....i. gonna cut him for a kicker.....
Doubt it. They have plenty of weapons with spellers coming back, Aghalor, Ertz. Jeffery might play week 1 still, though it sounds like he’ll miss a game or 2.zamboni said:Watch the Eagles sign him with Alshon hurt and as a hated rival of the Cowboys
FA In one of my leagues.12-team live auction tonight with deep rosters and Dez was not even rostered.
No, the Eagles like WR's who know how do run proper routes and don't throw a hissy fit on the sideline when they don't get the ball thrown to them.zamboni said:Watch the Eagles sign him with Alshon hurt and as a hated rival of the Cowboys
ESPN's Josina Anderson reports the Browns are "still not certain [free agent Dez Bryant] wants to play football."
Bryant to the Browns should once again be a hot topic with Cleveland deciding to move on from Josh Gordon, but Anderson's report suggests the Browns are not actively pursuing the former Cowboy. For what it is worth, Anderson was also told, presumably by someone close to the receiver, Bryant wants to play football and "actually loves [GM John Dorsey], [coach Hue Jackson], and the team in general." It is unlikely this is the last we hear of a possible Bryant, Browns connection.

Doesn’t hurt much to hold but he’s not instantly gaining a bunch of value unless he has a couple of monster games, which is very unlikely at this point. Best case is probably getting in shape and wanting to play next offseason. I don’t blame him, I’d take the money and retire if I was him.I am in four dynasties. I have Dez in a 16-team IDP and haven't considered dropping him, even though my WRs are pretty good for a league that size (Hopkins, Michael Thomas, Tyler Lockett, John Brown and DJ Moore on taxi). His value couldn't be lower, and he instantly gains some of it back if he signs, so maybe someone desperate at WR will trade for him.
He has not been dropped in my other three dynasties (all 12-team leagues), including one FFPC dynasty that is notorious for roster-churning.
That he should apply for a job at Trader Joe's.
