"Official" Donald Trump for President: Great Wall of Mexico (1 Viewer)

Now Kasich the blowhard... This guy drives me crazy.  I might hate him more than any other candidate this whole season.
A Trump guy calling Kasich a blowhard, that's rich.

Here's a guy who has actually accomplished things in government, isn't insane, and could possibly get the two parties to work together to get things done. Glad he's got no shot.

I dislike Hillary so much that I would love for Kasich to get the nomination so I can have somebody else to vote for.

Wow.  Kasich just butchered the Eurpoeans defending themselves position.  Because in families there are leaders?  Because the Eurpoean economy is in shambles?  Horrible.

They're not even running against each other man.
Republicans need to think past the Republican Convention. 2016 may be their best chance in a long time. 20% of Hispanic families have 4 or more children, while only 10% of white non-Hispanics have families that large. Imagine if those 11 million illegal Mexicans and their dreamer children start voting in a few years.

3. Health. 4. housing, 5. providing great neighborhoods.

Can we just vote for an actual socialist who will do this right?
Between this an his advocacy of tax hikes earlier.... he's totally lost it. He lost the script. He can't even remember what he is supposed to be standing for anymore.  :lmao:

I don't know who is dumber -- the border-crossing terrorists who admit they're Muslim, or anyone who thinks Trump's idea will work.
PROBABLY THE GUY WHO THINKS IT WILL BE AS SIMPLE AS ASKING IF THEY ARE A TERRORIST. I AM SURE IT IS GOING TO BE MORE COMPLICATED THAN JUST THAT.

Does that look like the norm or does every opposition in life have to be the exception? The one in 10,000 if that who would walk into a mall and try and do a got'cha on the mall cop, does that guy seem like the normal typical run of the mill Christian?

You can find an exception to everything, Liberals excel at it. They'll even have you believe it's the norm.

Partially logistics.  Partially magnitude of the undertaking.  Partially because of longstanding methods of interaction on the international level.

It's always necessary to institute some kind of restrictions regarding some group of people coming into this country.  We don't let in people who have criminal histories, or people from certain countries, or people with certain diseases, or whatever.  The difficulty always arises when the undertaking is so massive or logistically impossible that it really just becomes a sham.  For instance, keeping out all Muslims.

Muslims are over 20% of the population of the world.  Keeping out over a billion people is a ridiculous undertaking.

Then there's the problem of divining a test.  Is X a Muslim? How can you tell?

Together, those two issues alone basically guarantee that we are going to be applying this policy with little to no ability to actually regulate our safety, even if "Muslims" were the problem.  Saudi Arabian princes and dignitaries will be allowed in.  Business leaders will be allowed to come in. Friends of the ruling party will be allowed in. There are just too many people to ban. And whatever the test is, it can easily be beaten unless you have some huge international registry of Muslims with DNA samples attached. Even then, what if someone converts away?

And, of course, having a registry of Muslims creates a new logistics problem, as well as the specter of our old German buddies and their tactics.

Basically, you can't possibly ban all Muslims, which just means we will be spending a lot of money and screwing up a lot of people's lives for no reason other than to #### with Muslims. That's why it's discriminatory, because it will have a big impact on one religion withoutany real corresponding interest being served for the U.S.
Let's focus on that for a minute since you posted it. The rest of the info both prior and after what should be your main focal point is just reasons why you "feel" we shouldn't even try. You know GD well they are the problem and fundamentally their religion does not allow for them to cohabitate with us. The ones already in this country get a taste of the good life and typically mold to our customs and values at least in public, most would never want to return to their ME countries and actually are in violation of their own religion and largely looked at as traitors worthy of death back in their lands...

We can spin it however it suits our needs but I would encourage you to find Raheel Raza who was interviewed on the Bill Maher show a couple weeks back, she is very eye opening and a real friend to the United States. She gets it and she is trying to spread the word in a way I think many/most of us support. She crosses party lines IMHO.

No, "Muslims" aren't "the" problem.  Suggesting I know that's the case is just wrong.

This thread isn't the best for finding out how the town hall went.  Within a few minutes I read that Trump had been totally exposed and then read that he was on fire and "really good tonight".

More proof that people see what they want to see.

What's sad about the events today is that none of it is true. I'm talking about the BS "I was injured" from the female reporter. The video clearly shows she was not thrown to the ground and the gentleman in question is following right behind what could be the next President of the United States and this lady has the audacity to act like Jodie Foster in the Accused, she should be arrested and booked for slander/libel.

I'm afraid it's only the beginning. They didn't get upset when Dukakis ran or Mondale grabbed Geraldine, they didn't kick up any dust or protest over Bob Dole, nobody shed a tear over John Kerry or John McCain...but suddenly the world is about to end as Donald Trump moves closer to being the nominee. I get that the guy annoys and enrages some folks, it's just going to get worse. I wasn't shocked when the guy jumped security at the rally a couple weeks back, look for many more brazen attempts and stunts in the weeks and months ahead.

Trump will be accused and found guilty in some sectors of the public of the following but not limited to...

-Family ties to Nazis

-Cocaine with USFL Cheerleaders

-Bullied half of New York City around to get his buildings built.

-Paid wages below China sweatshops to get his buildings built.

-Had a gay affair with Bill Rancic.

-Had a threesome with Bill Rancic and his wife.

-Rigged the Ms Universe Pageant based on sexual favors

-Has secret plan to offload US Nukes to Israel

-Has plans to deport 1 Million on the day he is sworn in.

-He single-handedly has kept wages stagnant for the last 40 years.

-He wears Melania's underwear under his suits.

Probably over 100 dirty stories being put to print as we speak. Every news outlet wants to drum up a Trump story and there is plenty in his past. 1st wife to Marla Maples to Ms Universe...it's gonna get ugly.

I thought you were a little wiser than that. Why don't you talk about all the Christian terrorist acts in the last 12 months in Europe? Because there aren't any. But there are plenty with folks who have hi-jacked the Muslim faith and perverted it into what we know as Islamic Terrorism. But since they are Muslim or claim to be, it seems obvious they are the problem. Now if you still don't "know" just go back to the start of this post.

I do apologize for the Dbag tone, it's not personal. But honestly, how can one group see it so plainly and another group(you apparently) be so blind?

I'm not suggesting a return to the Crusades but we need to protect ourselves and most times in history when things are toppled, people simply did not have the means to protect themselves. We don't have that problem in 2016 in the USA, but by god we better use it or we're gonna lose it. That doesn't mean boots on the ground or GI Joe war rhetoric but the fact is even if we don't want to be at war with them, they are at war with us.

My current opinion on Trump is that he's losing ground and that he has totally whiffed on a chance at being the president.

There was a victory speech about a month ago, I don't remember which one, and he looked very presidential and in control.

At that moment I thought he had momentum and an opportunity to be the president.

Since then it's been nothing but scandals.  While Americans love scandals, at some point it's over the top.

I think Trumps need to defend himself, his arrogance, and the fact that he doesn't have a 25 year old social media expert in charge of his Twitter account is what will do him in.

Some Trump fans think that most of the issues of the past month have been as a result of the "anti-trump" people, and there may be some validity in some instances.  But he's handled things poorly.

Look at Obama.  There can't be any question that he has been scrutinized more than any president in my lifetime.  But he usually handles things pretty professionally and is totally presidential.

Trumps inability to do this will ultimately cost him.  I thought he figured it out but he's had a rough few weeks.

Very fair criticism of Trump. I am not impressed when he says things like Lyin' Ted Cruz, wish he would talk about issues more. Trump says "we're gonna do great things" and then I also heard him say "I don't want to show all my cards"...at some point we need to see the goods or the actual plan.

I also would think by now Trump has some support within the GOP and would have an army of folks wanting to help take him to the next level in terms of speaking and acting, problem is most Trump supporters like him as is. They are voting for him because they don't want a shiny politician. Trump has visible warts and his supporters can see them and are accepting of them at this point.

If they pay taxes in this country then eventually the GOP talking points will be music to their ears. Money knows no color or race.

Your point is well taken though.

Trump: He did it first!

Anderson Cooper: That's something a 5-year old would say. Everyone who's been a parent knows that a 5-year old would say "He did it..."

He could have shot Anderson Cooper on TV and his poll numbers would have jumped 8 points.

Actually you pointed out earlier that the Palm County attorney prosecuting Trump was on Hillary's FL campaign committee, you provided a link, and I said you were right and that it was a fair point. Happy to keep the dialogue going.

The Trump hotel has no casino. I asked a cab driver why and he said they took it away when he went BK.

That's very funny. I'm going to drink some more now.

The bottom line is she grabbed Trump's arm twice and you can actually see him pull his arm back. The manager steps in between and had contact with her--no one can refute he had physical contact with her. Now whether that's an assault is up to a jury. But here is the thing that is undisputed, she lied in her initial report that she was almost pulled to the ground. Further there's no way her bruises could come from that contact--he never touched her forearm.

Finally watch her, she is so "grieveously injured" she continues to walk forward towards Trump questioning. If one were to believe her story, she should have been stopped in her tracks and at least clutching her injured arm.

It is stupid and only being exploited  by the MSM because they can use it to further the narrative of Trump hating women.

I literally was hit harder than this getting on an elevator this morning.

I think (and I am a supporter mind you) Trump loses Wisconsin. Just a feeling. I don't think he had the best performance tonight but you have to be honest, Anderson doesn't like him or Cruz and it was pretty apparent the difference In the tone in the questioning between the 3.

Anderson challenged/editorialized his questions with the two and Kasich got "tell us what you think about the American flag"

Because "Muslims" aren't at war with us any more than "Christians" are at war with black people and homosexuals when the KKK takes action.  Or any more than men are at war with women when some dip#### "menonist" organization tries to set up international meetings to talk about raping women like happened not too long ago.

Religious justification for violence isn't new, it isn't reflective of the particular religion, and it isn't rare. I would imagine the first thing any holy book has been used for is to whack someone who doesn't believe over the head.

And you know, when you realize you're using a dbagtone in the middle of typing a post, change it or run with it.  Don't apologize for it like it's too late to fix it before you hit send.

Why don't I talk about all the Christian terrorist acts in Europe over the last 12 months in Europe? Seems like we're aggressively narrowing down the timeline and geography.

I assume you'll want to simply throw out the New IRA, despite the fact that they are Christians, and historically Catholic, for some reason or you wouldn't have posed your questions. Given that the New IRA set off a bomb earlier this month as its latest explosion-based murder. So you'll need to define your Christian terrorism somehow to not include them, I guess

And of course limiting it to Europe means we can't talk about the Lord's Resistance Army, that's probably very convenient for you on this topic.

India, of course, has the National Liberation Front of Tripuria. But we can stick with them as Asian and leave them out.

I know it's been a few years, but that Norwegian dude killed 77 people in pursuit of a more "Christian" Europe.

Christians commit terrorist acts all the time.  If you don't see them, well, I guess you're not looking.
