This is my greatest weakness. I do not do well on low amounts of sleep and I work in a culture of people who demand it. Challenge me with anything you want. I will work as hard any anybody but give me an average of less than 6 hours of sleep for a week and I crumble.

Leave for Colorado next weekend where I will be camping in the middle of the flood waters (really) and doing things no 43 year old man should be doing. Hopefully that sets my spirit right for the long, hard work winter fast approaching.

Give me some reference numbers and I'll see what I can see but the current is strong when you throw in an order. I probably can't change the fate of that order than I can change mine own.

I look at Q4 like a Kamikaze pilot viewed wheels up. It's inevitable and it will either kill me or no one will remember me. Either way, I'll do more than the next guy and more than anyone has any right to expect.
