After a few hours of playing so far I feel BF:BC2>>>BF1943>BF3>>BF4 out of the Battlefields I have played. For some reason it just feels different, not like a BF game at all. This is on console. It's a combo of the very high bullet damage and congested maps that give me this feeling I believe. Not to mention the freezing every 20 minutes and then not saving the stats along with the worst pop in graphics I have ever seen including sound missing for minutes while it renders. Single player was alright and better than BF3, but that's not saying much. BC campaign blows it out of the water. Also the destruction is still lacking but better than BF3
I never felt like BF:BC2 was a true Battlefield game. I guess it was just that so much was taken out of the game to make it console friendly. BF1943 was obviously stripped down, but it felt more like Battlefield.
Well, I take that back. BC2 did feel more like Battlefield than BF1943, but mainly because the squad system was broken and voice chat didn't work in game. Battlefield 2 is still the best one, but it had loads of problems and Dice decided that it was best to move forward than to continue tweeking the game.
