I love Scrubs... it is the funniest tv show I've ever seen. Other than CSI (which is ok) I haven't really seen the other shows you mentioned. I lean more towards Lost, Prison Break, or Heroes, shows that feel more like movies that just couldn't fit in a movie, so they made a tv show out of it.blue raspberry lemonaide is yummy... :confused: I never understood why people would try to mislead about their looks (do men do this too?). First, it's pretty presumptuous (& limiting) to make monolithic assumptions what attracts people (there are as many different tastes as there are people). Second, as Sister says, what do they think's gonna happen when they actually meet someone? Actually, I can answer part of that - I think that some women (maybe men too) think that they'll hook (bad word, I know) the guy before meeting, so their looks "won't matter".

The problem is there are too many people out there who can't take a hint. A reply of any type gives them hope. Not to mention the time comittment that would be required of these cute girls who are receiving 30 new messages a day.Rejection is a big part of it, you just need thick skin.

I will say that sometimes I will read a message someone's sent me but not reply right away. I generally will come back and reply but it may take me a couple days.

I've never deleted my profile just because someone's mailed me, no matter what I think of the person. That's just rude.

:shrug:I don't think that's what happened here. That would make no sense. Larry happened to email someone who later decided to leave the site. I doubt those two events are related.
