I actually doubt there's any particular corruption with the Clinton Foundation.  If the Clintons want to run a "pay for play" operation, they can just do it with their regular speaking fees.  They don't need the foundation to monetize their political clout.  (I have very little doubt that they're corrupt, just that the foundation is superfluous).

Those emails are dated March 12, after all but one Democratic primary debate.  The next debate was over a month later, and after a quick search of the transcript I see no death penalty questions.

I agree with so much of what you write.  But I really don't like taking away a person's right to vote.  Rape, murder, whatever.  Voting is part of being a citizen.  I'd probably be more ok with being able to banish/deport/revoke citizenship for breaking laws than taking away voting rights.  But who knows, maybe if I thought about it more I'd change my mind.
