My my problem is twofold:

1) If a single email qualified in your second scenario, it's prosecution worthy.  Just one.  Not "most".

2) When you're natively on an unsecured system, then it's incumbent on you to err way on the side of caution.  Every one of my friends with clearance is livid, because the very idea that someone who handles such information wouldn't know the difference is absurd.  These things never belonged in that medium, and the consequences are crystal clear, as is the accoutability.  If the information passed through you, it's your onus and yours alone.  One or two cloudy missteps may be innocent enough (but only maybe because these emails never belonged here, ever), but 2,000--and this woman doesn't deserve to be running for President.

Then again, as a nation we've utterly lost our ability to discern quality.  

 
Lol, Shillary just used Trumps Nabisco line. so sorry. 

She just said in the same sentence that she is going to bring companies to American and then punish them if them if they don't pay their fair share or it they try to leave. I bet companies will be beating down the wall to get in on that sweet deal.

The surge that Sanders has made over the last few months, even if he does ultimately fall short to a political machine, is very impressive. In some of these races, like Nevada, Michigan and others, he was down 30-40 points only to come all the way back or within striking distance. I don't know that it means anything long term, or for the future of the party, but that's quite a feat, even if doesn't actually have a payoff.

 
Hillary wants to make America whole we have to support the hole and get back to the hole. 

Yeah she just told a story of a seven year old who sent her money because "he wants to break down barriers" What a charming made up story.

It's not a good night for Hillary. No way to spin this. Her worst night since New Hampshire. 

Ah well, there's ups and downs in a campaign. For myself, as I've written several times, so long as Donald Trump is not the President, I will be happy. 

 
Bad night for Clinton as the expected double digit win in Michigan would have put a nice bow on this thing.

But she'll wind up with more delegates on the night and should be primed to repeat that next Tuesday night. 

 
This is very bad for us.  I don't see how else to take this.

"We're still gonna win" shtick is weird.  How's that?  I'm ready to jump off a bridge at this point.

 
Michigan voters whose top quality was "honest and trustworthy" went Sanders 80% to 19%.

This really is a stunning setback for Hillary. She has again failed to connect with voters or establish a compelling narrative. 

More than that, it begins to undermine her crucial electability issue. More than 2.25 million votes were cast in Michigan tonight and Hillary got less than 25% of them. She is a terrible candidate who is already at her ceiling everywhere in America. There's not a single voter who is going to suddenly learn about her and get on board. 

If Bernie can pull off another shocker next week, it could all turn against her in a hurry 

 
Maybe now is the time to wonder what happened with that mysterious medial leave from a few years ago.  Can we trust her health in races this close?

She got 48% of the Democratic vote. She has had more votes cast for her than any candidate in either party. She increased her lead in delegates over Bernie.

She wasn't able to essentially lock up the nomination. A disappointing evening but she will still will end up the nominee.

I'm starting to warm to this narrative, but it pisses me off further -- because it's what I saw coming a year ago and was why I am so upset at the establishment campaign process.  Hillary in not what the People want, but because of the crazy multi-year, billion dollar election industry in the US, we end up in this circus and suddenly the candidate forced on us, who has the game rigged for her, seems swell.  I don't forget and won't forget what came before, even as I slowly come to the realization that I'd have to vote for her because the other guy is essentially Hitler.  Nice job, America.  Wish more of us were willing to sharpen the pitchforks on the whole affair.

 
Either Sanders or Trump is going to schlong Hilary, the only question is which one?  I really wish Biden had run, or that the democrats would not have pressured every other viable candidate not to run instead of trying to force-feed the presidency to Hilary.  They should have made her earn the nomination.  The only reason Bernie might not win is because the Democrats refused to make this an open primary from the start, and it looks like they will pay dearly for that choice.
