I'm not making fun of it at all. I'm making fun of Mr. Ham's ridiculous "scourge" comments. Is this your way of invoking Godwin's Law - making fun of America's greatest massacre?
You're welcome.BFS, I'm relaxing in Palm Springs for the weekend with the family and just got a chance to read that Bllomsberg piece with Obama. Great stuff - thank you for sharing.
We're really going to miss Obama. He's a once in a generation leader, by far the best POTUS of my lifetime. Can't wait to see what he does next.
You might be right. I have no idea how this will unfold. 60/40 no indictment odds for me. But, I clearly wouldn't be shocked to see her get clipped.![]()
I'm a Nixon fan DESPITE Watergate. He deserved to go over that one. But allow me to paraphrase Lloyd Bentson.
I knew Watergate. I worked with Watergate. Watergate was a friend of mine. The Hillary Clinton email scandal is no Watergate.
It was discussed extensively.Which neither you, Mr. Ham or any of the other Hillary bashers paid any attention to, or if you did, it didn't hinder your daily multiple postings and Hillary hate-fest.
The list is actually really short: Nixon and Hillary, Tim just threw in a bunch of red herrings.Notice he conveniently left out Watergate. The big Nixon fan is still a denier of that, too.
Besides that, how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?I'm a Nixon fan DESPITE Watergate.
It if was you obviously didn't take it seriously, or wouldn't have posted your usual daily nonsense about the emails. It was discussed extensively.
I did. I also posted a similar article from WaPo in January IIRC.It if was you obviously didn't take it seriously, or wouldn't have posted your usual daily nonsense about the emails.
We regularly execute innocent people, despite the extra precautions taken in capital cases. So there's no especially about it. Everyone should have counsel when they talk to law enforcement, regardless of your level of culpability.Especially when they've broken the law.
But you obviously didn't believe it to be true or you wouldn't have wasted hours posting countless articles about Hillary's impending doom.I did. I also posted a similar article from WaPo in January IIRC.
Agreed. With all the downplaying this as a security review, not a criminal investigation, it just looks discordant. We regularly execute innocent people, despite the extra precautions taken in capital cases. So there's no especially about it. Everyone should have counsel when they talk to law enforcement, regardless of your level of culpability.
You do realize that there are no criminal penalties attached to FOIA, right? Not surprised but sick. At no time have the facts done anything but corroborate that Hillary conspired to hide her communications, even those that belong to the American people. Some of the dirtiest dealings in American history have taken place around it. She jeopardized American security and set a precedent that insults all of the many thousands of brave Americans who risk life and limb to protect this nation and safeguard its classified intelligence.
If she is not charged, it is a scourge on this nation and a clear indication of its decline.
You do realize that this isn't about just violating the FOIA, right? You do realize that there are no criminal penalties attached to FOIA, right?
It's not like Nixon was without his successes as President.Besides that, how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?
Evan Perez is quoted to talking to sources as to their current findings. What CNN said a month ago is not relevant to what has been happening in the last few days. And please don't post this month old nonsense again which was simply speculation.@squistion - there have probably been three articles at least discussing why prior precedent and sources say Hillary won't be indicted. If you want to discuss it I will be glad to repost them, though pretty busy this weekend. CNN, Politico and WaPo. They've all been discussed here. Let me know.
Sure ok it was pro-Hillary. But nm.Evan Perez is quoted to talking to sources as to their current findings. What CNN said a month ago is not relevant to what has been happening in the last few days. And please don't post this month old nonsense again which was simply speculation.
He's responding to a post about the likelihood of no indictment. Then he claims to be sick because it's been proven that she tried to hide her communications, which is only really relevant to FOIA requests. It's not like State felt they were missing important correspondence when she left. You do realize that this isn't about just violating the FOIA, right?
I think that's bull####.You guys still have those meddling kids at wiki leaks who were promising something
Actually, they think it's all part of the normal "security review" the FBI does on everyone. You do realize that this isn't about just violating the FOIA, right?
Don't worry. There will soon be another silly controversy that you can utilize to get the "likes".16 months & 2 weeks, that's all.
Of course not, because they tell the audience exactly what they believe and what they want to hear.Meanwhile Judge Andrew Napolitano's on Fox assures his audience that there WILL be an indictment, his sources are positive. Reminds me of **** Morris and the 2012 election. Doesn't FOX get tired of hiring these guys? And why do their viewers keep buying into this nonsense no matter how many times they're lied to?
Course not! They provide the red meat to keep the audience at bayMeanwhile Judge Andrew Napolitano's on Fox assures his audience that there WILL be an indictment, his sources are positive. Reminds me of **** Morris and the 2012 election. Doesn't FOX get tired of hiring these guys? And why do their viewers keep buying into this nonsense no matter how many times they're lied to?
You don't say.CNN and MSNBC reporting sources indicate no charges will be filed against HRC.
Just wait for the second order effects. The govt is slapping the face of the intelligence community.CNN and MSNBC reporting sources indicate no charges will be filed against HRC.
Of course they are.CNN and MSNBC reporting sources indicate no charges will be filed against HRC.
CNN just hired Corey Lewandowski, that's a real shame.Meanwhile Judge Andrew Napolitano is on Fox assuring his audience that there WILL be an indictment, his sources are positive. Reminds me of **** Morris and the 2012 election. Doesn't FOX get tired of hiring these guys? And why do their viewers keep buying into this nonsense no matter how many times they're lied to?
True. But, it does fit with a narrative that most felt this would fall below criminal charges threshold. As I have said many times, I trust Comey, and if he doesn't think any charges should be filed, I accept that. I trust Lynch as well and don't buy that there has been influence on this investigation. I happen to think it's all typical rotten Clinton stink, but if they don't have charges to bring, then it is what it is.I read several articles today that stated that Kevin Durant was blown away by the Clipper's presentation when they met and now the Clipper's just signed their coaches son for 36M effectively taking them out of the running for Durant. Not everything reported ends up being true.
as if they're not going to come up with another scandal. The timing on this could not be better. Hillary is bound to get some negative press on this for a few more weeks but by early August the email scandal should be behind her.
So, the intelligence community is sure that Hillary committed a crime that the FBI is just going to sweep under the rug, even though they've never seen the pertinent emails. Well, unless they've illegally hacked Hillary or the FBI.Just wait for the second order effects. The govt is slapping the face of the intelligence community.
Actual quote from April 2015.The timing on this could not be better. Hillary is bound to get some negative press on this for a few more weeks but by early August the email scandal should be behind her.
36 mill for Rivers - now that's a national scandal.I read several articles today that stated that Kevin Durant was blown away by the Clipper's presentation when they met and now the Clipper's just signed their coaches son for 36M effectively taking them out of the running for Durant. Not everything reported ends up being true.
Oh they will. They already have- the latest claim is that she helped son-in-law Mezvinsky when he invested in Greece (he lost money BTW). But this was the big one- there won't be another FBI investigation.as if they're not going to come up with another scandal.
If the FBI concludes its investigation, it's over. Even you gotta admit that Saints.Actual quote from April 2015.
Investigating what?If the FBI concludes its investigation, it's over. Even you gotta admit that Saints.
SaintsInDome2006 said:Environmental damage, failed bank, fired lifetime staffers, missing files, accessing confidential files, banged an intern, workplace harassment, mishandled classified data, barged into the US AG's plane while under investigation.... shame how they keep getting run over in the middle of the highway.
What the? . . . You're back?!Especially when they've broken the law.
You keep using that phrase. I do not think it means what you think it means. The security review.
Hillary could get audited by the IRS and say that they were just being helpful double checking her mathYou keep using that phrase. I do not think it means what you think it means.
Any FBI/DOJ folks using that phrase, by the way? Or is it just camp Hillary?
