Tim, she's part of the problem. You think Trump fell out of the sky like a meteor? People have lost faith in government and you put up the least trusted candidate since Nixon and then at that very moment she does this really screwed up thing? Look in the mirror.
Well, that's done and over with.  She's going against the worst major party candidate for President I can think of - that's the issue in front of us now.

It's explained. You and we and all of us can discuss Hillary's foibles without raising who to vote for. Who did what when and what kind of person she is is important. - "Hillary took money from a company rep on the eve of her husband becoming governor soooo.... " "TRUMP!!!"

I've no illusions of who Hillary is, but rehashing a 30 year old conspiracy is hardly going to do anything to sway people.

Major MOP props for going into the Lion's Den on O'Reilly, that's smart and she is showing she is fearless...sort of. O'Reilly cuts her off mid sentence but it's an interesting interview.

Bill had trump and Clinton on the show...CNN/MSNBC is reporting like they are gathering facts, FOX is pummeling tonight in ratings I can assure you.

More so than when I hear her screaming on CNN and MSNBC

Clinton pushing a summit on terrorism with a couple ME countries like Jordan in addition to Western Countries, that's smart.
Jordan? The weakest country in the Middle East won't accomplish a thing.

They need to bring the Saudi Royal family up and read them the riot act and threaten them with a trial in the Hague. And tell Prince Al-Waleed if he wants to make sure his money isn't frozen here in the States that they best get their act together and start reforming that area quickly. Might as well tell Switzwerland and all the closed banking countries your business will be going away very soon if you don't open up any further and allow tracing of transactions to the terror cells networks to take place.

Easy Mr. I'm just relaying what she said and it wasn't only Jordan, that was one example. Which ME country do you want to lead the way against ISIS?

1. We're going to talk some more.

2. We're going to increase intelligence because, you know I wanted to do it as SOS but I never got around to it.

And you guys are impressed?

The House of Saud needs to come to an end. They created ISIS -  they need to end them  The royal family can do the right thing and transition out of power peacefully or they will be hung by their own monster or Iranian Shia. Without turning power over to a middle class on the Peninsula we will never have their favour when it comes to fighting extremism.

The sense of uneasiness among Senate Democrats is heightened by their observation that Trump has stayed within striking distance in pivotal states despite being vastly outspent.

NBC News reported this week that Clinton’s campaign and allied super-PACs have spent $57 million so far, while Trump’s campaign hasn’t spent anything, and two allied outside groups have spent only $3.6 million.

Team Clinton has outspent Team Trump in nine battleground states by a 40-1 ratio, NBC reported.

It'll be a great case study in the importance, or lack thereof, of money in campaigns.

Going on instinct more than knowledge, but yeah I think the Saudi's are the $800,000,000,000 gorilla in the room that no political leader dare speak of, most especially Hillary - and you can bet your bottom dollar that she never will.

This is huge.  Once Trump starts spending money its going to be over.  She is an extremely flawed candidate and has a huge reputation as a liar.  Who in their right mind is going to vote for that?  Plus look at the primary...she had to rely on having the process basically rigged and had to spend tons of resources fending off somebody who could be accurately described as an eccentric kook.

Starting in October there are going to ads running nonstop about how much of a liar she is, she will not be able to outrun it.  Some of you need to start packing, maybe try and move to France or Mexico, eh?

Yes we all know you're rooting for Hillary to lose- you're willing and eager for Donald Trump to be President so that you can say "I told you so." That matters more to you, apparently, than how the country will do with Trump as President.

He's not going to spend money.  He's cheap and he's horrible at fundraising.

Yes, she is going to lose because I am rooting for that to happen, and not for any other reason...

I think @dparker713 made the right point - this election cycle is going to be fascinating to look back on to evaluate the effect of money, and specifically big money donors, on the election process.

Trump was able to create his own marketing budget with outlandish statements/actions during the primary.  Jeb Bush had a seemingly bottomless pit of money, but could never gain traction.  Clinton had a huge advantage over Sanders in fundraising from big donors, yet, Sanders found a way to compete financially.

I do think some of these things cut against what many, including myself, have advocated in terms of getting money out of politics.  Maybe we are entering an era where money is less of a factor.

If Hillary loses to Trump, that's WHOLLY on Hillary supporters. You knew the pitfalls of backing your candidate and willfully ignored them.

In your defense Tim, you've done a lot to drag down Hillary's appeal in this forum.

Ok you cannot distinguish opinions and commentary from pulling for who wins. It really is two different things.

Bull####.  Its on the people that vote for Trump first and foremost.  Then, its on everyone that didn't vote for Hillary.  And then, its on those that nominated Hillary.

I do not think you are right on that.  He is currently raising a fair amount of money.  Its all going to get spent.  Raised 51 million in June alone...what do you think he is going to do, pocket all of that?
While he claimed he was converting his campaign loan to a donation, last I heard he hadn't filed the paperwork.  So yes, he can pocket most of that.  The rest he can use to pay for events at Trump resorts, charters on Trump planes, and payouts to his family for "working".

I bet he's trying to figure out how to keep some of it.
We will see I guess.  I am not really a Trump supporter, as to me he looks like a fulfillment of Mike Judge's Idiocracy Prophcey. I just really, really hate Hillary and I feel we might be too far gone anyways.  Let's face it, if Trump fails to win it we might be looking at Kanye West or John Cena in a few years.  John Cena actually might not be that bad.

Liam Donovan @LPDonovan

NBC/Marist is just brutal for Trump- tops out in the high 30s in must-win states... http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2016-election/clinton-leads-trump-diverse-battleground-states-new-polls-n609551 …
You're in the wrong place, pal.  Only polls showing the race to be a dead heat or worse that allow the Sanders supporters to smugly tell everyone "I told you so" and the Trump trolls to emerge from under the bridge and return to the FFA are welcome around here.
