That was everything else in the original post of the discussion.  We agree on their government experience.   If you were adding additional qualities you want to evaluate perhaps you should have listed them.  But honestly there isn't a whole lot of difference in the two of them as people.  They are both terrible people.  Arguing over who is a worse person is splitting hairs.  The one thing I agree with the Hillary gang here is she at least has government experience.  It's not enough to make me vote for her (not voting Trump either before anyone loses their mind) because I think she's run an enormous criminal enterprise with a lot of power and protection in DC.
She's also smarter, understands basic economic principles, has a grasp on current events, is well respected in the international community, has better hair (which I never thought I'd say) and has more balls.  Also her positions are significantly more aligned with mine.

Well, I don't know if I would say more respected internationally but certainly more paid off.  I'll trust you on the balls.

This was really all you needed to say.  But that doesn't change a thing that she's a horrible person like Trump.

Link.

This has been a running debate that Squiz and I have had through the thread about how relevant this stuff would be.

It appears to me it is relevant right up until the end.

Here are the cross-tabs.

For Hillary:

- 13% of Democrats think she did something illegal.

- 50% of Democrats (on top of that 13) think she did something unethical.

So it's 63% of Dems who think she acted illegally or unethically.

With Independents those numbers are 57% and 34%, for a remarkable 91%.

Case rested.
My only concern is that some people don't think she acted illegally or unethically.

She's a horrible person. Which is also true of Trump.  But that doesn't mean nothing differentiates her from Trump except experience.

That's how terrible he is.  Even if we assume she's completely paid off, she is still significantly more respected in the international community.  He's a clown.  He has significantly less international respect.  Even people who have been willing to bail him out financially make fun of him while he's running for president.  His own ghostwriter makes fun of him.  He's a punchline in triple-digit countries right now, and not even in a mean way.  In a pity way.

I've said three times that second sentence was related to the original post.  Regardless of how many times you repeat yourself.
Which doesn't really matter to me because the original post was not by or in response to me. You said the Hillary crowd wasn't doing a good enough job of differentiating the candidates. If you're restricting that discussion to just the ones you're including in your response to that post, that's cool, but then you're going to come to a false conclusion.  Like the one you had in that post.

Okay man.  You move the goalposts on me without telling me and then me I'm wrong.  We pretty much agree on 80% of this so weird but whatever.

She's a bad person and a narcissist too.  She's also a hypocrite by funding so many overseas groups that treat women horribly.   Really the only difference in the two is she has government experience and he doesn't.

You should stick to the :lmao: emoticon.

Does "Hispanics" include the Cubans in this bet?  I don't bet and even I'd consider this $1000 bet if that's the case.
With Cubans included Hillary is winning Latinos something like 70-30 in Florida. Among Cubans alone Trump is winning but only by about 8 points or so, far lower than Romney. Younger Cubans are voting Dem which spells real trouble for the GOP.

He's a bad person, a sexist, a racist, a narcissist, a liar and a felon.

Shes a liar and a felon.

Yes, huge difference. All presidents are liars.  Some are felons. It's been a while since we've had one that is a bad person, a sexist, and a racist.
Hillary is also a power-hungry narcissist #####.  Maybe not all the bad qualities as Trump, but IMHO just splitting hairs.

By the same token Rubio should win handily and Curbelo has an excellent chance to win the seat in Miami.

One thing that has come out of WL is that Rubio would have been a candidate that the Hillary campaign respected and was concerned about.

It is up to the GOP if it reaches into its bench to find the solution to their problems. Hell everyone knows they knew it in 2012.

Then they did what they did.

I'm pretty sure the majority (51%+) of politicians are horrible on some level. It's something about the type of person who wants that kind of power - even if they rationalize they are using their power for "good". The type of people who would do the best job are probably less likely to run for office.

Maybe there's a chance for that to change in the wikileaks age, since I'm betting politicians everywhere on both sides are now pissing their pants and hoping no one starts digging up their dirt. The next generation of aspiring politicians will be hyper-aware of their digital footprint.

If they do that than 2020 will be a cakewalk since so many dems have said if it wasn't Trump they would not vote for Hillary...

Imagine if Jews had been 20% of the population of Germany instead of 2%- Hitler never would have gotten there.
Coincidentally (or not) Jews are voting for her in record numbers for her as well in FL...shocking that a group that knows a thing or two about fascism and racism fled Trump in droves.

was reading some breitbart comments. i think hillary is in trouble

non-media poll of 50'000 people across 50 states showed Trump well in the lead with 67% of vote, while Hilary lags waaay behind with 19%.

This is in line with the fact Trump's rallies draw thousands, while Hillary can barely fill a school gym.

Are Jews really fleeing Trump if they've pretty much always consistently and overwhelmingly voted Democrat?

Until Breitbart can get debate questions to the GOP candidate in advance it has to be considered a minor league outfit...

IIRC, the Republican Party had been courting them in the past half dozen or so years with the promises of a blank check and unfettered support for Israel.
True, but courting doesn't mean winning over and sealing the deal. If it did I would have slept with thousands of chicks instead of my meager hundreds.

The GOP has also been courting black voters for decades.  How has that worked out?

They have, but if there was ever an election cycle for that not to happen this should have been the one, because most American Jews were outraged by the Iran deal. Many were ready to bolt to the GOP, but Trump has pushed them back the other way. Peter Beinart of The Atlantic has written a lot about this.

How do you know this? Have they already started counting the votes? I thought they couldn't tally votes until 11/8.

Or are you just basing this on "polling" or party votes?

How many dead people, illegals, and multiple voters did they poll?

If you don't factor those numbers you are not going to get an accurate result.

I think the GOP gave the lip service to the idea of courting black people......but they always seemed to balk at giving them a blank check and reassurances that they could do no wrong.

There's always been a strong and vocal minority in the Jewish community that vote Republican, and its a growing faction as theres far more alignment on economic issues.

Many in that cohort are aghast at the tone, tactics and rhetoric of Trump and can not see themselves voting for someone that has such striking similarity to a demagogue that cost many of us , very literally, our families.  Aging also has conservatized many Jews (my step dad, whom I love dearly, being one such example)

Usually Id say this is a small segment of a small slice of the electorate, so no matter. But it's likely a larger component of the population in FL, and coupled with potential gains elsewhere ala Latino vote etc, could be a key factor in turning the 50/50 scales.

Also, a Jew like me would have been a registered Republican for 5+ years now had the Party not sprinted to the right... and then dosed on the Trump cartoon acid.
