Caught a ball and as the play was over with him on the ground the safety kinda sorta kneed him in the head.So, when he got up he pushed the guy in the face mask and of course the ref was standing right there. And immediately after the push to the face he threw the ball at his chest.

He actually pushed Sammy Knight, the guy who tackled him. He didn't touch the other guy.
 
Could we just dispense with all this nonsense and get L.J. back on the field? I mean seriously.

:bag: :bag: :bag: How the hell did we get TWO primetime games this season? We suck so bad we have to show the world? This should be limited to local broadcasts, it's embarrassing enough as it is. Great game next week Sunday Nite as well, Saints at Jets (not that I'm making fun of other sorry teams that would still kick our ####).Is there a worse GM alive than Charley Casserly? Phillip Buchanon for a two and a three? Half of your draft for Jason Babin, to a division rival who desperately needs the extra picks to rebuild (and the Titans no less :rant: )? How much money is tied up in the defensive line? Do they EVER stop the run or make a play...EVER? He drafts a "so-called" franchise QB yet lets the OL continue to set records for, well, SUCKINESS. We can go on and on....it's a good year to have the first pick next year (lots of options) and this guy should be selling insurance when the time comes to make those decisions.My lord I thought we were going to turn into the '76 Buccaneers (or whatever year it was) on that botched FG attempt.... :bag: :bag: :bag: Man I miss the Oilers, at least they weren't boring....maybe AJ will get frustrated enough later and go punch Capers (a la Buddy Ryan/Kevin Gilbride)
 
Are you guys really complaining about LJ having 117 yards and 2 td's AT THE HALF? He's on pace for 30+ carries, stop being so greedy.

 
Think I just heard Suzy Kolber say that Snarfy Mc-gd-Donkle is warming up on the sidelines. We see much more LJ and I will be shocked to hell.

Obviously not, but reading this thread, one would think that Vermeil isn't running him at all. If this were a competitive game, that's what he would be on pace for (he's likely done for the night now after that INT.) There's simply no need to give him 20+ touches in the first half, not with the way they are scoring at will.

Well, not to screw with your well thought out anti-fantasy football logic, BUT I DON'T GIVE A GOOD TINKERS PEE-PEE!I want him to score points, lots of them. I want him to break records like Madonna does dancers. I want to roll naked and dirty in the points he had the potential to score tonight when the Chiefs started throwing the ball all over the place - just like my opponent did with the useless chumps on his squad - oh yes, that is fact. I want LJ to make Gale Sayers look like Tommy the eff Vardell tonight. I dont care about the game plan, I dont care about what makes sense, and I dont care about tomorrow. I want that big son of a hooer to carry the ball until the final gd whistle and wont be damned well satisfied until he does!!!!!!!

Don't really see it as anti fantasy football logic as much as it us use of REAL football logic...but hey, I'm in the same boat as you as an LJ and Gonzo owner. But after setting a league record for points this week, I'm thinking a few weeks ahead towards the playoffs and having both of these guys healthy and ready to rack up the points. Guess it depends on the needs of the owner...

Shaun Alexander usually doesnt need to have 3 TDs and 165 yards every game either, and LT doesnt need to average a TD pass every other week, OH, AND MCMAHON ON A QB SNEAK INSTEAD OF WESTBROOK WAS DEFINITELY NHOT NECCESSARY. :rant: :rant: This game ticks me off. :lmao: :lmao:

Ok, I'm going to give this advice to **** Vermeil and Andy Reid.When you are ahead, what you want to do is:1 -- Take time off the clock2 -- Keep control of the ballThe best way to do this is to run the ball. For example, if you are up, say 31-7, what you'd rather do is hand it off to your superb RB instead of throwing it downfield 30 yards. Throwing it has much more risk than running the ball.That, is for free. Watch my lips.
