Do you think Ed Reed is wearing only the one sleeve because he doesn't want the ball to be stripped as he's running to the endzone?

That was brutal. However, once again there were 3 defensive backs around Driver.
So, maybe don't throw it there?
and considering how he was about to get drilled how do you expect him to change where he throws that ball?
Dude, give it up. He sucks. It's one thing to defend your QB, but come on. I know how you feel. I felt the same way when Marino was at this point.

Maybe throw it out of bounds instead of just heaving it up the middle of the field into triple coverage?

How do you expect him to adjust to throw it out of bounds on that play? He got drilled as he was throwing the ball.

I thought you said you weren't going to argue about this anymore? :hophead:

Wow, I thought my 35 point lead was safe with my opponant just having Todd Heap left. Now I'm starting to sweat. (Pretend that's sweat)

Even if they score here, there's still time for a couple of more forces to Driver before halftime.Everyone hates a quitter Brett. Driver needs 2 more catches!

Are you an idiot? How did Favre have time to check down, throw it away, or eat it as he got nailed on that play? You want to go stand in there and tell us how much easier it would have been on that play?I'm done, the haters will have a field day tonight.

I had a 25 point lead and he has Heap and Chester Taylor.Unless both of them forget where the field is in the second half I'm pretty much screwed because Heap already has 20.

2 deep safeties and one corner didn't magically appear from Oz. Check down, throw it away, or eat it.Are you an idiot? Give it a rest. Both of those picks were indefensible. He didn't have time to take the sack?!? How is that even possible?

I'm sure you will try to explain how tonight is Favre's fault. :lmao:

Tony Fisher looks pretty good.. might as well leave him in for the rest of the game, who knows, he could be the future ;)

Nope. If you'd ever actually read my posts about the guy...I defend him more than I bash him. But you are just so blindly apologetic about the guy that you can't see it. Nothing is ever his fault. Anything bad said is just people being 'haters'. He lost his weapons. His receivers aren't open. People aren't running the right routes, etc, etc, etc. I will now sit back and watch your head nearly explode as you try to justify all his mistakes.

any chance Billick rests his starters in the 2nd half in case of injury for Game 1 next season????that way Driver may have a shot at some catches......

Dear Fla\/\/ed,Brett Favre is a legend. He is one of the best to ever play his position. Unfortunately, he is now without the dominant O-Line, dynamic running game, and elite receivers which helped to build his resume. He has always been a "gunslinger,' willing to throw on the run, into traffic, in situations that noone else would try to pull off. Sometimes with success, and sometimes not. In the past, he was able to shrug it off with an "aw, shucks" grin because his surrounding cast was good enough to compensate for it. Those days are gone, as is the mystique that was Brett Favre. Now when he shoots from the hip, he looks like an aging QB with diminished skills trying to hang on for one last run. Please understand that we respect and admire Brett's career and the player he used to be. However, those days are gone, and if Brett truly cares about the Pack, the team that rescued him from the Falcons, stood by him through thick and thin, then he will step aside and teach Aaron Rodgers how to become half the quarterback that he himself was.Sincerely, Everyone else.
