*** OFFICIAL NFC CHAMPIONSHIP : LA Rams vs NO Saints *** (1 Viewer)

I am shocked that the Rams lined up for a FG attempt when they are inside the 1............wow

NO offense has sucked except for 1 drive.

You have to go for it

Make it and Saints need a TD to win. Get stopped, you keep them pinned down and still have a very strong chance at a tying FG

Now you have to stop Brees from getting just a FG to beat you, and then you have to beat them all over again in OT

I think going for it gives you a much higher chance to win

Yeah, regardless of how it works out, mathematically I think the odds were with him to try and punch that in.

You sold me. I wasn’t sure but you make total sense.

I was ok with the kick at the time but now I realize that going for it probably was the right call.  They increased their regulation tie probability but probably decreased winning probability

Rams may never see the ball again.  For the great job he's done, the HC may have to live with that decision the rest of his life.
