Official Plaxico Burress Thread (1 Viewer)

Why do we do this...is it just a formality :lmao: He plays E V E R Y W E E K
Just like Laveranues Coles
Okay...i`ll play. Plaxico Burress, WR NYGNews: Giants WR Plaxico Burress found himself in a familiar place Friday -- on the injury report with an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Vikings after sitting out practice all week. It is a routine that has become familiar to Burress and Fantasy owners, but Burress hasn't scored a touchdown in four games and has just 15 catches for 128 yards over that span. Analysis: Burress has gone for a solid No. 1 WR to a questionable No. 2 option because he's been dealing with a nagging injury. Look for Burress to get back on track this week if he feels good. The Vikings are last in pass defense, so this is a good matchup for Burress. Feel free to start him in all leagues. He is expected to play.

Plaxico Burress (ankle) will start

Antoine Winfield is out again for Minnesota. A really bad pass D should be especially bad today.
If plax does`nt get many targets from manning(and make the best of them) i will officially give up on him. See that bench plax ???

but do you start Plax over S.Smith or Galloway
Not that anyone should ever listen to me, but I would definitely start him over Smith. Probably not over Galloway. I am personally struggling with starting him over Boldin.

As am I, but New York will not be able to run the ball and Burress should benefit. Boldin has been hot or cold this year (not that Plaxico hasn't of late), but I'm rolling the dice with Burress.

Same choice here, Boldin or Burress....ughhhhhhh
CBS Sportsline has reported that Antoine Winfield is out, but FBG do not show him on the inactive list. If Winfield is out, that tips the scales for me to start Burress. Unfortunately, I tend to trust FBG much more than CBS. This is one of my toughest calls all season (Boldin v Burress). Anyone have better insight as to Winfield's status?

I am so reluctant to start Burress because of his play the last few weeks. Yes he has a nice matchup but the guy hasn't produced. It is tough starting him over a guy like Hackett or Housh.

I still can't bring myself to start him over Housh or Hackett. Do you guys think he produces this week?
I sure hope so...I don't see the Giants having much luck running against Vikings with Droughns and Bradshaw. With Winfield out, the leagues worst pass defense got even worse.

People should just stop reading my posts. I am pretty much never right.
In all deference I think the 3 pick 6's were from lb/Dl. Kinda hard to predict that...
