There’s one thing that bothers me about Roman’s announcement on RAW.

We know that almost every word spoken on air by the announce team is scripted. So why, as Roman was making his way to the ring before making his announcement, were they still hyping his match at Crown Jewel? Did they not know what he was about to do? Why would VKM give them that script seeing as you know he had to know what Roman was doing.
I don't think they knew and Vince had them go as planned as he didn't want anything leaking. RAW Scripts have been leaking for months and Vince didn't want to risk it IMHO. We #### on Vince and WWE constantly here but props to them on keeping status quo for that moment.

Yeah all the reports are that only a very few had any idea and that few didn't include the announcers or virtually any of the talent.

It was so hush hush the guy I use on twitter who has a source said he was finding out the same time as all of us. He said if you knew outside of WWE you either had a great source or were part of the people who knew already who told someone thats how well kept it was.

I think Rene Young knew (isn't she Dean's wife?). If you watch the announcers when they came back from commercial, you could tell the two guys had lost it - but Rene was pretty composed. I think the way they played it is exactly how they should have. In fact, I'd argue that if they had leaked it ahead of time, they'd have had a ratings bonanza Monday night. But they didn't go with the hype and instead did it what seemed like the right way. My one cent.

So WWE is still going to the country that is the #1 leader is sponsoring of Terrorism and #1 country where most of the 9/11 scumbags came from. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. There's leaked audio of Vince at the Stock Holders meeting yesterday blowing off all questions pertaining Crown Jewel and Saudi Arabia. For a guy who was so proud of being the first public gather after 9/11 of a large size and all the other times he professed what a patriot he is this is highly hypocritical of him.

So went to Gamestop for the RDR2 release at 9PM. A game pick up released turned into a convo of 3 guys including myself talking about njpw, ringofhonor, LU, Impact and WWE along with Bullet Club, The Elite, how NJPW hired Jim Hendry types, WWE writers, Vince etc. The convo was so good we forgot we had a huge ####### file 2 game 2 download until one guy in the convo said "hey shouldn't we all be home right now downloading this game file that might take 3 hrs instead of talking." We all said yeah but another guy and I said yeah we should but it's so rare these days you find wrestling fans to talk wrestling and when you do the people you meet are just WWE marks. You give them the Two Sweet sign and they act like WTF are you doing. It was nice to have an actual wrestling conversation among guys who just don't watch WWE and watch other genres of wrestling as well. Don't get that often anymore. Back when I was in Middle School every other guy watched Raw or WCW to some extent. I use to go into school the next day asking my best friend hey what happened at the end of RAW is WAR I had to go to bed. I remember trying to sneak in those extra 10 mins after 11PM or 5 Mins Raw ran over just to finish watching the show.

Looking back, the tell was how he was dressed. He wasn't wearing his combat get-up and had his hair up. In fact, about 30 seconds before he dropped that bomb, I'd tweeted out a snarky remark about him wearing a man bun. He was also held out of house shows over the weekend due to "injury"; there was some speculation whether something was wrong, he just needed a couple of days off, whatever.

Something like that was best kept under wraps; let Roman tell his story. VKM can then use a variation of Penguins PBP guy Mike Lange's many catchphrases; "If you missed that, shame on you for six weeks." This way, VKM lets a non-kayfabe story play out, shock the audience, gets non-CJ media attention, and promote future RAWs as "you never know what could happen on RAW!!"

If you want to go :tinfoilhat: on the timing of the announcement to take attention away from Crown Jewel, go for it. Just don't expect me to follow.

You were surprised? Serious question.

No I knew they'd stay with it. Theres also reports that WWE officials don't see Evolution as a huge thing. Meltzer reported it was so Steph can keep pounding away at Women's evolution. He also said they are doing Evolution because of the whole Women and Saudi thing basically no Saudi deal no all Women's PPV but anyone surprised by that is living under a rock or a WWE mark. Not surprised at all. Just aggravated and Pissed at the whole situation.

I'd bet more on the mark part than the former.  The number of people who only watch the E is frighteningly too large.

Or those who watch Total Divas and the fangirls who go screaming women's wrestling but anyone who disagrees with them they attack and then play the victim. Or they are just Ryan Satin pretending to be some SJW. There was one podcaster I use to listen too that was partnered with another one I listen too until they had a falling out. I stopped watching this guys videos and stuff after he blocked me on his social medias all because I followed his ex partner and after I made a comment that literally was defending both. Either way he called out the Women's RR as nothing more then WWE stroking their EGO. You might remember Pro Wrestling sheet running an article on a guy who made the tweet (JDFromNY206) and PWS ran with it I want to say Last Nov or Dec when it was announced (around the holidays as I saw the tweet when with family). People Called him out for hating Women's wrestling, anti women, a bully etc. I had a good chuckle at all these girls and people acting so "offended" by this tweet. Most were E loyalist and Roman Fans girls. These types of fans are the worse because all they do is divide because if you don't agree to the exact dotting of I's and crossing your Ts with them whey attack. It's really pathetic how these people follow this company like blind sheep but thats what Vince wants from his fans now. The guys I listen too are critiquing the product on social media and you have fans telling them to "just shut up and enjoy the show" or "If its that bad stop watching it." My favorite is the comeback responses of "This is what I do for a living to get paid to do/ Give my opinion." or "Well props to you for enjoying such shotty work and lazying writing but as a fan of 14-20 plus yrs who's dropped major money on them I have a right to an opinion too."

So Evolution had some good matches. Lynch and Flair was one of the best PPV matches this year. Not best women's just plain best. In fact the show was one of the best PPVs in general. Well done women folk.

They also changed Lynch's interview with Edge when they showed a bit of it. They edited in boos instead of the cheers she got. Like we don't remember what just happened.

Last night, the women made history with the first WWE all-women’s PPV.

RAW leads off with a replay of Roman relinquishing the title.

Even when he’s left, he won’t go away.

The MYC Finals was criminally short. Take out half of the Rousey/Bella match that should've been a squash. PPV was better then expected

Offer of .99 for the network for the next two months.  They must be needing a bump or something.
People got rid of their network subscriptions after finding out the Crown Jewel horse#### is still in Saudia Arabia. They canceled it so WWE couldn't charge them for November and there was a Boycott of Sundays PPV do to why it was happening to begin with. Also John Cena nor Daniel Bryan will be at the PPV. WWE will run an injury angle possible tonight. DB isn't going for religious reasons. Went last time and felt incredible uncomfortable. Cana's talent agency he's signed with threatened to drop him if he went.

Also the guy I listen to podcast twitter buddy who has a source in WWE had this to say about Cody and the Elite with Marty and Hangman

now that everyone has recovered from the punch in the gut that was Joe (Roman) illness, wwe is ready to secure The Elite. My sources say that wwe will guarantee at least Cody, Kenny and Young Bucks top talent main event status right from the start. In order to secure them. It is believed both Kenny and Cody will debut in the Rumble and this is why the teases. They will want this faction to be as intense as Dx and Nwo were but it will not form until the Monday after Mania. Both Marty and Hagman will go to NXT And that may very well be the holdup. Cody believed both are wwe ready but officials want them to go thru NXT in order to build them as a brand.

And finally I'm in twitter jail because of commenting to SJW Ryan Satin's site for Pro Wrestling Sheet. The comment btw was made over 2 weeks ago and about Hogan.

Don't Worry Hogan with F*** things up for WWE in no time. Don't be surprised when he starts calling the Saudis a bunch of towel head sand (N Word never spelled out) and he gets hacksawed alive
Meanwhile I've seen much worse commented on there about Roman and the McMahon family with no issues from people. Theres been rumors that Satin and company are deleting comments off their site viewed negatively in order to get more WWE scoops and be this generation David Meltzer with the inside sources to WWE.

So with Crown Jewel... the prince specifically wanted the Undertaker, S. Michaels and Triple H to come perform, right?  And Kane?  lol

Then there's the tournament that supposedly produces the "Best in the world"?  Miz, Mysterio, Ziggler, KURT ANGLE, Hardy, Orton, Rollins... Bobby Lashley?!?

These guys are competing to be called the "Best in the World"?     Will Kurt be able to get up off the mat when he falls?

I'm going to take this with a grain of salt for the time being. Here's why:

Both DX and NWO had one of their members holding the world title during their runs amok. Right now, I'm hard pressed to believe VKM is going to sign off on either Cody or Kenny as Universal (or WWE) champion. Vince hates guys he didn't make, so him putting a strap on Omega probably wouldn't happen. And the prospect of Cody with a world title would be baffling since he was always a mid-card talent (2x IC champ) there. Is Vince going to recognize his NWA and RoH world titles as an excuse to build him up? I'm of the opinion that he won't. In addition, with Vince loving his big guys, is he going to shunt Strowman, Lashley, and Brock to the sides just to get this faction over? This would almost necessitate turning Lashley (and to some extent, Brock) face if you're going to have this "invasion".

Also, why send Marty and Page to NXT? To debut Omega and Rhodes at the Rumble and then the rest of them after Mania means the Villain and Hangman are in NXT for what? 3 months? Why waste them there? Both guys - especially Hangman - have been tagged as the next big wrestler. NXT for both of these guys is a waste of their time. Plus, IIRC, either Page or Scurll's contract does run out with the others...which makes sending them to NXT an even dumber idea as they'd be there less than 2 months.

Just my :2cents:

Yeah because those were the guys most of the people going remember. Plus this thing is like for the Princes birthday? Maybe the US can send him a Birthday gift that he'll be blown away by receiving

On NXT AJ said he wished he went to NXT instead of being on the main roster first. He said it would've helped him with something WWE does differently. Both Kenny and Cody have been in WWE already so know what they expect. Marty and Page haven't been in WWE before. Theoretically you could have them go to NXT and have them team with Undisputed and bring them all to the main roster at mania. Remember Cole was in Bullet Club as well with Page but it was Scrull who helped YB attack Cole when he left ROH. VKM will be busy with the XFL next year from what I heard and Hunter could be taking a bigger role on the main roster story lines. Doesn't mean VKM won't have say but theres reports VKM will take more of a back seat on the WWE to focus on XFL and give Hunter this opportunity as a "test run" on the main stage and see how he does. All indications is whenever VKM retires Hunter is taking over. He is big fans of both Balor and KO which is why when they got to the main roster they were pushed hard. WWE I've heard wants get back to managers and stables to a degree as well. Brock won't be an issue as Hunter will be handling his next contract and Hunter was the one holding up the last Contract at mania because he didn't want to give 10M to Lesnar and thought it was a waste. VKM wanted too. So when Hunter takes over its been said you will see less contracts like Brock's and Hunter will have a take it or leave it approach. Special circumstances could be made depending who it is though. Vince wanted The Shield vs The Elite (Kenny and the Bucks) at Mania but obviously that is no longer gonna happen.

Either way this guy who said all of the above you quoted is very good. He's had said some stuff to the podcaster I listened to 3 months before it happened. WWE already had a plan to replace Cena and Bryan but were waiting till the last minute hoping both would change their opinions. Bryan isn't going do to religious reasons and felt very uncomfortable going last time and do to his religion Sami Zayn isn't even welcomed there which is why they had the storyline injury angle. Then Sami got legit hurt after this. Cana's talent agency basically told him he goes they drop him. Hollywood is very weird these days but if Cena wants to continue trying to be The Rock Movies and TV wise its in his best interest to not go. It's funny because during the Cena vs Rock feud for mania there was a leak saying people backstage were making fun of Cena calling Rock out for leaving WWE for movies and not being around. This was around the time Cena started doing the Marine series among a few other movies and people joked that Cena in a few yrs will be the guy he hates. Cana has had legit heat with Rock do to how he left WWE and now Cena has done the something and is a hypocrite. I won't call him out for missing this show though because I think the whole thing is bull####. Frankly if I was a top star who could make money on the Indies or go to NJPW or ROH I wouldn't go make WWE let me go and sign elsewhere. At least if I was AJ, Finn, DB, and a few others who could make bank on the Indies anyway.

I have my ticket for RoH in Pittsburgh tomorrow night. It'll be a TV taping, so it'll be a long night.

However, they have posted matches for tomorrow.

Jenny Rose - Kelly Klein

Christopher Daniels - Kenny King

RoH TV (and Ring Warriors) champ Jeff Cobb - Josh Woods

SoCal Uncensored - Stuka Jr./Guerrero Maya Jr

Flip Gordon - Silas Young

Dr. Britt Baker DMD   and Madison Rayne   - The Twisted Sisterz (Holidead and Thunder Rosa aka Kobra Moon)

Cody/Dalton Castle/Jay Lethal - The Kingdom

Christmas Surprise 10-man tag match!

####### ring the bell. One of these geriatrics is gonna die during this match. Should have been a 5 minute match.

HBK hasn't wrestled in what 10 years and is far and away the best in there. Embarrassing how bad the other 3 look(ed)

I'm expecting Hogan to main event the next Saudi event. Couldn't look any worse than Taker/Kane/HHH.

Roman buries Strowman in three minutes to win back the Universal title!! :lmao:
And then Shane wins the Cup!!! :lmao:   :lmao:

The referee ejects McIntyre before the bell hits, sending him to the back. Ziggler and McIntyre argue with the referee but Drew leaves. Miz takes advantage and attacks Ziggler before the bell. The referee tries to restore order but Miz attacks again. They both end up on the outside. Miz clutches his ankle. Miz sends Ziggler into the steel steps. It looks like Miz might be selling an injury. The referee tries to get them in the ring. Miz brings Ziggler in but they're both struggling. Miz says he's fine but the referee wants him to prove he can get back in the ring. The referee calls Shane over and says Miz isn't good to go. The referee calls for other officials from the back, telling Shane he can't let Miz compete. Miz says he's never been injured.

The referee tells Hamilton that Miz can't compete and must forfeit. Shane says it's not going down like that. He interrupts Hamilton's announcement. Shane says he's going to take The Miz's place. The announcement is made and it's official.

Baron Corbin throws a fit as Shane McMahon enters the ring to get ready to go at it with Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler also isn't happy. We see two referees helping The Miz to the back. The bell rings and Shane unloads in the corner. Shane with a big elbow. Corbin gets involved and argues with the referee again. The referee ejects Corbin to the back. Ziggler takes advantage and hits a Zig Zag on Shane from behind but Shane kicks out at 2.

Ziggler goes to work on Shane now. Fans chant "this is awesome" now. Ziggler rakes at Shane's face. Shane fights back from his knees now, wearing jeans, sneakers and a tank top. Shane counters and hits a DDT. Shane catapults Ziggler into the top turnbuckle now. Shane goes to the top and hits a big Coast 2 Coast in the corner. Shane covers for the pin.
I'm dying here...

So who watched the #### show hosted by the biggest state sponsored terrorist Country today? Anything worth watching?
If I were you, I’d probably hard pass on this. You’ll only get mad unless you can give it the Mystery Science Theater 3000 treatment.

I might watch the Main even and thats it. I saw The PED monster won the Universal title so that means after survivor Series we probably won't see the title again till Mania. I also saw that Shane won the World Cup thing? I guess its for SS storyline purposes? Heard Hunter tore his right Pectoral early in the main event so that likely means no Mania for Hunter. which is good since his match would just take up someone far more deserving.

I had a good wrestling weekend:

1. Missy Hyatt retweeted and liked a response I had to one of her tweets.

2. Got photos with Marty Scurll and Colt Cabana.

3. Saw an awesome series of RoH TV tapings.

4. I tagged Madison Rayne in a picture of her and Britt Baker   and Madison liked the photo.

5. Britt Baker   used that same photo in her IG story.

6. Kelly Klein liked a response I had to a tweet of hers.

#humblebrag  :bowtie:

So some info on why Braun doesn't have the title and it's been pushed by multiple sources. Not sure how true it is and it could be some PR BS to keep the title off of him. According to reports Braun is hard to work with in the back. He apparently shows up late and leaves early before the show is over (Which in the industry is considered disrespectful), along with being difficult with backstage people. Two people said Braun is his own worst enemy and he doesn't follow proper etiquette in the locker room. I saw another report and was reported on podcast I listen to that Braun was only in NXT for a short time with 6 matches before the main roster. in NXT the locker room atmosphere is very different. For those who saw Aleistar Black's FB post he talked about Roman and how when he was touring with main roster he (Black) did a lot of stuff to respect the talent and for them to respect him. Simple stuff you learn as when you first start being a ring boy. (No Pat Patterson playing with Ring boys isn't part of their job). NXT apparently teaches different etiquette then the main roster. Its apparently a lot more lose with not as many rules etc. It's a little hard to describe but the NXT talent coming to the main roster gets a different atmosphere overall. As of now this is the reason why Braun doesn't have the title.

Braun doesn't have the title because that rat Baron Corbin hit him before the match, and he couldn't recover enough to fight off a barrage of F5s from Brock Lesnar.
