Tessa Blanchard will be a good soldier for WOW. There is no doubt that CBS did their due diligence on the alleged incidents and felt good enough to bring her on. I doubt AJ Lee would attach her name without feeling  good about the situation as well.

Tessa got a year in purgatory and knows that if she wants to sniff a WWE or AEW or New Japan ring in the future, she has to be respectful every day from here on out.

I still think she's the best woman's wrestler on the planet and I will be tuning in. Hard to separate the performer from the character. Darby Allin is getting praise daily and getting a rub from a top five iconic wrestler ever, but he has allegations that dwarf what Tessa is accused of. Still we are watching on AEW every week.

Maybe her IG feed will feature more wrestling and less workout pictures with crappy motivational quotes.

Apparently the rumors on Darby were bogus from an ex lover trying to destroy after he turned big. Obviously if there was any truth Aew would've rid themselves of him like they did Jimmy Havoc when he was mentioned in the METOO

She had her chances and burned them she can go work a normal 9-5 job. The entertainments and sports and music industries by giving these "second chances" just enable the behavior saying well you can do it and we'll still take you back. These professions are a privilege and not an entitled right. When my vendors get a DUI they are automatically terminated and it's hard to even find another job as a vendor after. Our company had a manager caught banging his bookkeeper in the office. He's now nowhere in the industry and is flipping burgers. Meanwhile these entertainers get second chances? Sorry but they are normal people like the rest of us. She should be blackballed from the industry. Zero room for out and out racist and bullies. I'd have zero issue if the industry to make an example of her do to her name and status in the industry. Set a hardline on that behavior

Legendary belt maker Reggie Parks has passed away from COVID complications.

He did most of the championship belts in the 70s, 80s, and 90s for almost every promotion, and made a number of belts for the UFC and boxing as well. Virtually all the iconic title belt designs in WWF and WCW were handcrafted by Parks.
He was also a journeyman wrestler.

His most successful territory would have been the Omaha territory, running in Nebraska and Iowa. From 1965 until the territory closed in 1973, Parks held the Tag Team title nine times, with partners Danny Hodge, Tim Woods, Doug Gilbert (twice), Woody Farmer, and Stan Pulaski (four times).

In 1977, Parks briefly held the International Heavyweight title in the Amarillo territory, winning it from Johnny Weaver and losing it to Ciclon Negro.

I found this tweet from someone and just gonna post the tweet not the account. I thought this was great though. NODQ tweeted how it's a shame WWE or AEW won't sign Tessa because she'd be perfect for the women's division. The tweet reply reads as follows

Please explain why AEW should ignore:

-Calling a wrestler the N word and spitting in her face

-Several wrestlers openly calling her toxic

-Taking the Impact Title and refusing to do any work to the point where she had to be fired

-Never apologizing or owning any of it.

Yep sounds like WWE too. They hate anyone fraternizing with outside companies. I remember yrs ago WWE was pretty strict on allowing talents to promote certain events. Joel Embiid is a huge Triple H fan does the water bottle celebration before games. Fans wanted Hunter to "Ring The Bell" at one of the playoff games and I said I think people should hold back expectations. However Hunter showed up but then again he loves to stroke his ego and certain talent are allowed certain things. If for example the wrestler at the Time was Drew Gulak who's from Philly and big fan I doubt he comes.

I know from my Former coworker who worked WWE fraternizing with friends outside of the company was off limits even if it was a vacation. SO say FTR has friends in WWE like New Day or USO's. If they are seen at a Party together or something hanging out WWE will pull them aside and have a "talking too" sometimes might get squashed or made to look bad for a few weeks.

I think there are four good reasons for ignoring her.

Bless WOW for taking her.

Got caught up with Heels last night. Still a really fun, would even say good show. Mick Foley did a cameo in episode six as a podcaster which was cool. Added another hot blonde to the cast for additional secks candy and a kind of gruesome injury to push the TV-MA rating.

Season One of  Heels finished up this weekend. Told a great story overall and left plenty of meat on the bone for Season 2. And the ability to move cast in and out going forward could give the series legs for a few seasons.  Great cast that could have really messed up parts of the story in the wrong hands. And I'm buying all the stock I can in Kelli Berglund. As Disney/Marvel starts lining up the next decade of films, she could easily be the lead female character in the Brie Larson mold.

Don't expect Chelsea Green getting pushed soon. She said on an interview during the first All Out WWE sent out an email to all talent they couldn't attend the show even if a family member was involved. Despite the fact they'd be backstage and not on camera. Said a lot of folks didn't go nor wanted to risk what would happen (Hunny the worst that could happen is WWE lets you go nothing bad about that) so non of them went

Meanwhile WWE has zero issue showing Britt Baker during War Games. The Pettiness of WWE here. As well as the fact Vince and Company say ,But AEW isn't competition, is old and tiresome. During that first all out like I said Vince and other big shots including Triple H and Steph sat at a TV watching it. After the event the feeling was "oh #### lets hope this thing doesn't get off the ground or we're ####ed!!!!"

LOL I forgot where she was. That's how relevant she is anymore. I think she's decent in the ring but became way more popular for dating Cardona then anything

She's making about 15k per Indie appearance compared to Cardona making 25k. I would say the relevance is there.

For context Dwayne Johnson partnered with Under Armour to give both his former High Schools he played football in (HI and Bethlehem Pa) new gear and equipment provided by him and Under Armour. Cornett made a tweet that said Bethlehem was a great wrestling town in the 70s and 80s and Rock's tweet if read the context could make the town look bad. Rock then went in how he moved in with his Uncle Alfa after his dad couldn't get anymore bookings when Rocky Johnson was in Tenn in 87 working for Jarret. Dwayne and mom got evicted from their home in HI.

The Rock lays the smackdown on Cornette after JC Subtle's makes fun of one of Rock's Hometowns

Roman Reigns completely dominating Wrestling Twitter today. Really looking forward to both companies' shows tonight.

And a big shout out to @JB Breakfast Club for planting the first and biggest flag on Reigns island. Our boy has been right about Reigns all along.

Going to Night 2 of NJPW Showdown here in philly at the ECW arena. Can't do tomorrow as I'm traveling home from Vacation and won't make it but night 2 looks amazing

October 17:

FinJuice vs. Yuya Uemura & Kevin Knight

Daniel Garcia, Brody King & Chris Dickinson vs. BATEMEN, Misterioso & Barrett Brown

TJP vs. Clark Connors

Jay White & Hikuleo vs. Wheeler Yuta & Fred Yehi

Ariya Daivari & Lio Rush vs. Chris Bey & El Phantasmo

Jon Moxley & Eddie Kingston vs. Minoru Suzuki & Lance Archer - Philadelphia Street Fight

Tom Lawlor, West Coast Wrecking Crew, JR Kratos & Danny Limelight vs. Rocky Romero, Fred Rosser, Karl Fredericks, Ren Narita & The DKC

Jonathan Gresham vs. Alex Coughlin

Will Ospreay vs. Alex Zayne

Can't wait for later. Might head to the cafe for an 1hr prior as ECW arena is only 15 Mins away but I want to get there 30-45Mins before event as doors open 1hr before and some meet and greets with some of the wrestlers possible. Also my Tickets are at wilcall. Trying to figure out if I should wear my Red Switchblade Shirt, Deathryder Moxley or my ELP Headbangers club shirt

Enjoy your espresso.

Bethlehem still has WXW I believe. But yeah, a former WWF town that’ll probably never see another house show.

Great show tonight

Ospreay vs Alex Zayne was really good could've been better but they'd probably save that for bigger show. Osprey had fun with the crowd when someone yelled "Osprey Sucks" he looked back in the hold and said no I don't. Crowd chanted F this guy and after the match he got into it with the fan a bit and everyone and Osprey did the chant again. Was a great experience to final see Osprey Live. Real Champ Sh** was one of the chants followed by a back and fourth We want Shingo and No we don't.

Gabriel Kidd came back and got a big O from the crowd who was into it all night. Kidd talked about a mental health issue that kept him out since May and how he kept fighting back. He called out Jonathan Grisham who had a good match tonight vs Alex Coughlin. Grisham vs Kidd in LA show. Really cool surprise to see Kidd

Jay White and Hikeluo faced Philly boy Yuta Wheeler and Fred Yehi. Wheeler got a good reaction but Switchblade was the most popular in this

FinnJuice played Uemura and Kevin Knight and a good match. Juice is really talkative during the match and fun to get behind

Brody King (Might be one of my newer favorites in the last year), Chris Dickerson & Daniel Garcia vs Daniel Limelight, Bateman, Misterioso and Brown was good.

ELP and Chris Bey vs Rush and Arriya Diavari was fun. Bullet club did their usual antics really fun match

TJP faced old partner Clark Connors. TJP was really having fun with the crowd heat on him giving a few smirks

Rosser Coach Rocky, Ren Narita and Karl Fredricks vs Filth Animals. The Crowd let JR Kratos know how they felt about him in only the most Philly way.

Philly Street Fight Suzuki and Archer vs Mox and Kingston. Really good match that went outside. LADOJO guys ran out and had to stop a passer by from trying to break up Suzuki and Mox to start the outside portion. We lost the view on the screens for about 30 seconds. The usual this is awesome, we want tables chants but being in Philly yes we had to do an EC Dub chant. During the we want tables chant Eddie was getting beat up on and yells out "no we don't". SuzukiGoon in this match was the surprise favorite of the crowd. I say that as Mox has a big history in Philly being part of GCW/CZW and other promotions before going to WWE. Mox's back still cut up pretty good from his GCW Title match Vs Nick F'N Gage 8 days prior.

Met Aiden English who does commentary for NJPW strong and Alex Koslov after the match. My match was on stage right side and to get out where I was you have the cross the entrance ramp. Both were walking towards the back when we met in the middle. Great guys and ended up taking a pic with both. Aiden I asked if he knew my old coworker who worked in Production at times for WWE before retiring and he did. I asked him because I knew both frequently saw each other when my Co worker worked there. Told me to say hi to him for him and asked me what he was up to these days.

Really cool to know people still know him. Show last a little over 3HRs. Got a free poster but didn't get a shirt. They got cleaned out of a lot of larges and other stock from last nights show. Next time NJPW comes to town if they do 2 shows in Philly I'm going to both. Unfortunately I was traveling back from Vacation Saturday and didn't get home anywhere close in time for the event.

Yeah I think it was more of a fact that Cornette was being a jerk so Dwayne decided to shut him up. This was a thing to give back to his schools he went too. For Jim Cornette to totally take it completely out of context well it's just jim Old Man Yelling at the sky again.

Wrestling Twitter abuzz with Friday Night Ratings Smack Talk.

Raw data shows WWE(866K) beating AEW(578k), but Tony Kahn is able to claim victory in the male 18-49 demo, 328k for AEW vs. 285k for WWE.

In the end, we are all winners here. WWE knows they have to bring their A game. Tony Kahn is ready to spend the resources to really compete. It's the 1990s all over again.

AEW is winning if WWE keeps putting the product they are putting out. The WWE marks and kiddies will still watch it. If Fox didn't have the Saudi and Fox deals they'd be in trouble.

Well, this is stupid.  Apparently the some of the NXT crowd are booing MSK.  The story is that one of the members of MSK tweeted out that perhaps Izzy (the Bailey girl) shouldn't be training at 13.  Where the rumor comes up is that Izzy's mom went all Karen and has convinced a bunch of hardcore NXT fans to boo them at any and all opportunities.

Supposedly, she training with Chasyn Rance - supposedly a sex offender (don't know who he is so I can't comment on that).  She has been seen training with Tessa Blanchard.  If true, those are some bad training choices.  Plus, I don't think I'd let my daughter take bumps at 13.  Let her learn the psychology part, working the stick, other non-physical stuff that makes up wrestling.  She needs another couple of years before her bones are where they need to be.

Wrestling fans  - am I right?

You aren't wrong and people brought up the trainer awhile back before the #METOO stuff. A few people who knew the guy and knew Izzy was training there spoke up about it awhile back. Sounds like Mom is trying to live through her Childs fame which is unfortunate

Someone in the comments of that YT video I shared says her dad acts like the "king of the prom" and is full of himself.  I'll place that in the hearsay column.  It's not surprising if this is true, since how many 13 year olds get prime access to NXT, call ins to Busted Open Radio, and interviews with wrestling personalities.  I'm pretty sure she's in that club all by herself.

Yeah I've heard from contacts the parents are a bit much but considering WWE wants to brand it self to that age group "they put up with it more then they would've in past years."

There were issues last night with the swapping the women's titles. Apparently Becky and Charlotte have heat with one another after Becky had called Charlotte plastic in a promo awhile back. There was a miscommunication on the titles leading to Charlotte dropping the Raw title and Becky throwing the other title at her. Flair walked past Vince at Gorilla as well without saying a word and Vince wasn't happy. Flair also wanted to lose the title to Belair as she's a big fan but it sounds like People power and Pritchard wanted to keep Flair as Champ.

Flair and Becky got into a verbal spat backstage that Bryan Alvarez now reports Charlotte was escorted out of the arena. She apparently had plans to meet with Andraded for AEW tonight. Andraded had a simple tweet voicing his WWE displeasure with a simple don't need to translate FU....WWE.

Sounds like a great company to work for right now.

More on this. Numerous people are now saying WWE locker room is on Becky Lynch's side

One wrestler anonymously said Flair is very difficult to work with. Becky is well liked and most female talents don't want to work with Flair

One source called Becky a Hero. Per PWTorch

Doesn't seem likely Charlotte would be released at this point unless she does something major that forces a WWE release. Charlotte from what I've been told has been overly difficult to work with over the years do to a few factors. A lot didn't like the special treatment she received early in her career being a Flair. She's also had her dust ups in the past similar to her father with issues. I'm told the whole Andrade situation hasn't caused any tension as most liked Andrade and felt he was within in right to leave. Flair also comes across as too cocky and selfish a lot of times. In the respect of I'm better then you. then theres the whole RIc Flair situation from the VICE documentary and Charlotte didn't say anything on the situation.
