Doesn't this concern you that this is the guy Trump replaced career diplomats with to handle Ukraine?  Should be an impeachable offense putting someone who isn't all there in charge of foreign policy.

I think he is more coherent than Joe Biden, but that isn't stopping democrats from propping him up.

Well in 2016 Obama didn’t go public that the Russians were interfering with the election to help Trump, a move that likely helped Trump win. So in a way, he did contribute to the corruption in the Ukraine.

He shouldn't be given any platform to proclaim he "found" anything. Corrupt is going to corrupt and the paper trail should be followed accurately. Rudy is going to come back to the US, with what would amount to, a couple Microsoft Word documents with a few grainy jpegs on a couple of pages.

No. It will be nothing like the Mueller report. The Mueller report described deliberate wrongdoing by President Trump including several impeachable offenses, and Attorney General Barr lied about it beforehand, confusing the issue. 

In the case of the IG Report, President Trump has spent months accusing the FBI of deliberate wrongdoing, not shoddiness but deliberate illegal actions in conjunction with the Democratic Party. The IG report is going to describe shoddiness and no deliberate wrongdoing. 

Very very different.
