Better news for folks here is that you can start the Seattle defense this weekend and profit.Hard to believe Seattle is only one game better than us right now, but it's absolutely hilarious. We have legit reasons with all the offseason departures, etc, they're just sucking because they suck.Great weekend!
1. We didn't lose.
2. The Seahawks did, and remain only one game ahead of our steaming pile of dung.![]()
I almost miss the Hawk trolls in our thread....![]()
So that leaves....who left of the 2011 draft? Kendall Minus Yardage Hunter?Kaep is done as a 49er. Placed on season ending IR.
Congrats on a great comeback today.proninja said:For what it's worth, I miss the rivalry too.Great weekend!

They will still probably have Baalke as GM. CLE wins again. The one that drafts the better QB in April.drummer said:Factory of Sadness beats the Factory of Awfulness, 24-10. WHO'S GOT IT BETTER?
Gabbert back to being Gabbert.
Denise and John still live in Youngstown, Ohio. In fact, yesterday was more a home game for them, bringing out almost the entire York clan to watch Jed's crap show lol. If they can watch Jimmy Haslam still get over with butts in the seats, they could not care less counting all the money from Levi's all the way in Ohio.I hate being a fan of this team right now. I really want them to go 0-16 for the next 3 years, and put the worst product in NFL history on the field....and maybe...just maybe...the owners will get tired of being the laughing stock (printing money aside) and get out of the business, sell the team and and retire as gajillionaires.
Pipe dreams usually go up in smoke, but Im holding out hope.
I think its awesome. In fact, I hope theres about half that many for the season closer vs St Louis. #### Jed.Teddy Stickles said:http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/san-francisco-49ers-cincinnati-bengals-levis-stadium-small-crowd-122015
That kickoff picture is just sad.
Prob take a RBSo right now San Fran has pick #5 overall next draft. Given the past several drafts and knowing this organization, I cant say Im excited.
Exactly. I'm excited at the prospect of my Lakers hopefully getting a top 2 pick this year. For the 49ers, I can't even look at a high draft pick as a benefit to this season. Nothing matters until management/ownership is changed.Wingnut said:So right now San Fran has pick #5 overall next draft. So that is what "faithful" looks like.I think its awesome. In fact, I hope theres about half that many for the season closer vs St Louis. #### Jed.http://www.foxsports.com/nfl/story/san-francisco-49ers-cincinnati-bengals-levis-stadium-small-crowd-122015

Actually, that is what it looks like. The empties are the idiot fans who bought the PSL's and who voted for Levi's to be built in craphole Santa Clara, as well as being York believers. They deserve 10 more years of this, because this is all their fault to begin with.So that is what "faithful" looks like.I think its awesome. SANTA CLARA–Jed York and Trent Baalke were conspicuously absent after Sunday’s game, so they had their people send word.
They were noticeable no-shows, so they washed their hands of this mess and ended Jim Tomsula’s 49ers coaching career via press release.
York and Baalke exited the scene. Fled. Ran away. Then via proxy they fired Tomsula–the man they hand-picked to replace Jim Harbaugh only a year ago.
How brave of York and Baalke to end the absurd experiment this way. How typically callow and how symbolic of the leadership vacuum in this franchise.
If you’re a great coaching candidate and the 49ers contact you, all of this might trouble you a little bit.
If you’re a great coaching candidate–and let’s face it, the 49ers’ only real hope is to land a coaching star–maybe you soak in everything that York and Baalke have done the last two years.
And maybe you just say: Thanks, but I’ll pass.
Because York and Baalke were anywhere but where they should’ve been on Sunday afternoon, after their team finished this horrible 5-11 season with an overtime victory over St. Louis on Sunday.
Then they fired Tomsula from afar.
That’s such a perfect end-season metaphor for the void at the top of all things in the 49ers’ organization.
