Bill Belichick...way to stay classy
He should be fined for leaving early.
Belichick is a LOSER.
Belichick can be called many things, and rightly so, but from an objective standpoint, loser is not one of them. And when did he leave early? I saw him rush to midfield immediately at the end of the game to shake hands with Coughlin.
As a human being goes..... he is definately a loser.

LMAO @ Belichick at the end of the game. What a ####.
What happened?I'm not getting the full coverage here in Australia (breaking for local ads every freaking 10 seconds)
Belichick ran down the tunnel with two seconds left rather than shake hands with Coughlin at the end of the game.
That is absolutely not true. Were you watching the game? They shook hands at midfield immediately after the missed catch. The game was over.
You stay on the field until the clock hits 0:00. He still had players out there.Classless.

It really says a lot about Belichick that for 18 games he was right at midfield, happy to shake hands with the losing coach, yet he runs off the field when he loses.
Never seen him happy to shake hands with anyone at midfield. Seems like he thinks it's annoying
Granted I didn't see the final walk off the field, but before the clock ran out Belichek and Coughlin did shakes hands when they ran on the field too early. What did I miss that he gets attacked for not doing it a second time?

I thought he did shake hands with Coughlin. He then left the field with :02 left.
That's exactly what happened. Not sure what these other doofuses were watching...

People screaming and honking outside my appartment.. feels like New Years...

I still hate the Giants. GO COWBOYS! :goodposting:

Played great defensive game and did what took to win. Nice job.

You have to think that all the people out there that were pushing their collective will out there for the Giants has to have helped! Maybe if the Pat's showed some class and some humility- they would have had the perfect team and been discussed among the best teams of all time.

The clock had read expired before they put a second back on it. Belichick's a ####, but that's not on him.

Hey folks, Belichek ran out, congratualted him and gave him a hug. Everyone thought the game was over, they had to clear the field for the last play.BB did the right thing
No, you stay on the field until the last play of the game and take it like a man. He ran off because he didn't want to be on the filed when the celebration started. Guess what, that's what you have to deal with when you are the loser!

Eli Manning is the MVP. Amazing. Its like you've got this competition going between brothers. Both have a ring and a Super Bowl MVP. Can't do any better than that. All downhill from here.

:goodposting: Hoodie's a chicken.

I wonder if the Patriots also applied for the trademarks of "18-1" and "18-1 The Imperfect Season".

My buddy and I were talking about how funny it would have been for Eli to fake the knee and throw a TD on the last play of the game just to runnup the score on the Pats a bit.

He did stay until 0:00. He and Coughlin shook hands and Belichick said 'congratulations'. You can't seriously be this desperate to find something to hate, can you?

the celebration did start, hence...they had to clear the field

you guys are a bunch of moron's the ref ran the clock to 0:00 nothing classless about it.move on nothin to see here
Disgruntled Patriots fan that has to resort to name calling?I am sure not all Pats fans are as classless as Belichick. BUT, it takes only one bad apple to ruin the bunch.

Manning as the MVP?!??!?!?! The D is the MVP!! And they may just fit in the Escalade...
Eli didn't meltdown like a lot of other "great" QBs do. He kept his composure and led a clutch 4th quarter game winning drive with a brilliant throw to win it.

He ran off before the last play.

Manning made one of the top 3 plays of all time to save the game that the Giants D gave up. The defense was the reason they won but Eli made the biggest play in the game.

They still snapped the last play of the game, no?

Belichick ran onto the field, pushed security out of the way and hugged and congratulated Coughlin. He (and just about everyone else) thought the game was over. Talk about making something out of nothing. :goodposting:

Can I hate him for wearing a hooded kimono?

All I saw was time on the clock and Belichick running down the tunnel. I totally missed Belichick shaking Coughlin's hand with two seconds left

I agree. .....Although if it wasn't Coughlin he might of acted a little different.

Holding the Pats to 14 is by far the biggest surprise of the night. I don't care who they call the MVP, but the D won the game.

No question about any of that. But without the D playing as well as it did, he doesn't get the chance.

I bolded the part you missed, hope this helps

Something out of nothing now but a huge deal when Moss did it with the Vikings.
