Yeah. The more I saw of him the more I figured he'd be the typical annoying "bad guy" who does something crazy every week. Would have been completely unrealistic to show how wacko he is and not have Rick kill him, but it's what I expected. Lori looks odd to me. Like she got Botox shots or fatty injections in a few places in her face. Maybe she just isn't anorexic anymore or something, but every close up of her is kinda uncomfortable.

That was a great episode last night. A bit too much Lori, hanging around Hershell and bad acting Short Round but overall real good.
I am a bit confused about the attitude initially with the prisoners, why was Rick so pissed in the beginning and not wanting to be around them?

What!?! You can't understand why he doesn't want his family and friends around a bunch of inmates in a federal prison?Anyway, I love bad-### Rick. Dude is becoming Shane as he's doing anything necessary to keep his crew alive. The part where he said "I suggest you run" was absolutely hardcore.

Sweet and thanks for the heads up! Won't read any farther, but figured I would check and see the first few posts that usually indicate if it was a good show and worth downloading/paying for it. Just went upstairs (benefit of working out of the house) and set the DVR and made sure it would record last night's episode. Looks like they are showing the first 3 this weekend, probably because they knew some of us Dish folks might miss the first two. Going to have to shut the browser quickly after I hit add reply.

The biggest thing I worry about is the possibility of Darryl playing the 'Tyreese' role in the TV show. He's by far my favorite character right now.
Hoping they show more of the Micchone and Andrea stuff too, but the previews suggest that will happen soon.

Yeah, they did. With Herchel pretty much on death's door (his breathing was really shallow) she came to the realization that his responsibilities were going to fall to her any second. The CPR thing was ballsy though. My 13 year old was literally yelling 'don't do it' as she was doing mouth to mouth.

He was excellent in the doobie brothers. Maggie was looking kind of Jedi warrior in the all black. Looks like they have weeks or months of food left. Thank got they got rid of Razor Ramone quickly. I would've been cool with Rick killing the head inmate instantly. Like after the first 2 conversations he had with the guy. So glad he's out of the way.
