Not sure if you're serious so I'll explain...The actress who plays Andrea was a guest on the Talking Dead following last nights ep. She confirmed, in an interview format, that Milton fired up the pit zombies.

To me this was the point to the episode. To see how Milton turned against the governor and I think he now has more loyalty to Andrea than the governor. He wouldn't let her shoot him so he still feels some devotion to the governor.Also they show how some are starting to doubt the governor and his continued downward spiral.Not the most exciting but not filler, just setting things up.

"Walker" zombie bites do not kill because of the zombie virus, but rather the unsanitary nature of their mouths due to diet and decomposition, with scratches causing similar infections for similar reasons. Their saliva often contains several septic pathogens, specifically the bacteria: E. coli,Staphylococcus sp., Providencia sp., Proteus morgani, P. mirabilis. and Pasteurella multocida. The rapid growth of these bacteria tends to cause extremely virulent strains that are highly resistant to antibiotics, and most often lethal.

To me this was the point to the episode. To see how Milton turned against the governor and I think he now has more loyalty to Andrea than the governor. Filler in this miniseries usually means more zombies so therefore I enjoy the filler. Sometimes there is too much dialogue and not enough zombies so it's refreshing to see some biter episodes from time to time.

In more ways then one. Two among many.1) How did the governor catch up so fast.2) Rick was right there and Andrea put up no fight. One noise would have done it.

While I am assuming a scratch might not always lead to death, i.e. there is something that has to pass from zombie to living to "infect" them which always happens in bites. With scratches, I assume that you have to draw blood from the living and pass the "virus". If you are in a death match with a zombie and they scratch you, chances are you will be infected bad enough that you will turn.

This is getting really old. We know it's going to come down to Governor vs. Prison, so why are they trying to make us think Captain One-Eye is in danger? We were really supposed to believe that he died in the warehouse? Come on. They've been stalling for like 4 episodes now.

They showed us how insane he really is. And they showed Andrea the same, and she made her choice. It also showed how captain eye patch is a bad-### in combat and not just some harmless face that was chosen leader. He's afraid of nothing and is relentless and is set on destruction and holds a grudge and has a vendetta against Michone. It seems before it's over, he will have his shot at Michone, alone. My guess is Andrea will kill him and save Michone like Michone saved Andrea at the farm.

We knew all that about him already. Seems like banging us over the head softly with a slow moving mallet with info they hammered into us three or four times already when there's only 3 episodes (last night included of course) left. Kind of a waste in a short seasoned show.

We didn't know it to this extent. We assumed it. Plus the other characters knowledge has to be considered. The Gov has really been a masterful politician, it took this long for Milton to get it for example. So you see the same manipulation of Tyrese that, as the audience, we bought for a while when Andrea first showed up. Lets not presume that all the characters should be at the same level of knowledge about the Gov. If they didn't spend time showing how Milton, Andrea, etc come to find out about him, it would be a pretty flat show. This is a character-first show, despite all the cries for MOR ZOMBIEZZZ!!!11!It's not an action series ultimately.

Well said. We assumed the gov was crazy. But, to me, this episode showed how relentless that guy is. But yet, he still has the ability to keep newcomers like Tyreese's group in the dark with his politics. His character is better now than it was the first few episodes in Woodbury, IMO. He seemed too soft to play the "governor" that we've read about. But now we know he is insane and cares for no one but himself.

I liked the episode.

We have no idea what "it" is or what zombies "pass" to us when they bite people. Every single bite on this show has turned someone, so again, there is something that zombies infect people with that causes them to die. I didn't say the virus that the zombies infect living people with is the same as that which reanimates them. Obviously, everyone on the show has the reanimation virus and it doesn't kill them. That said, do people live after being bitten (without amputation to stop the infection from spreading)? I am pretty sure we have not a single shred of evidence that someone bitten didn't die with a bite, again without a timely amputation. I've been watching the show, I understand the difference between death and reanimation. Feel free to show me an example where a zombie doesn't pass something to the living in a bite or deep enough scratch to kill them.Remember Jim's bite mark? Pretty sure that if Dale bit him like that, Jim wouldn't have died. So, the zombie bite passed something, possibly a virus, that killed him. That was my point.

We have no idea what "it" is or what zombies "pass" to us when they bite people. Just want to point out that "possibly a virus that kills him" reads much differently than "the virus that turns him". There was a reference to it in regards to some police officers (or security guards?) with no bite marks but that turned out to be Rick simply not ready to disclose what Jenner told him.

Carol's husband and Amy (Andrea's sister) were both killed during the camp attack. Carol's husband was being a ##### about Shane kicking his ###, so he was attacked in the tent while everyone was having the fish fry. (For all we know, he was completely eaten and didn't turn. It was off-screen.) Amy took a bit to turn, but didn't hide it. Everyone saw her bit. Jim originally tried to hide that he was bitten, but I believe Carol(?) quickly brought it to the group's attention. He took a bit longer to die, but we never saw him turn. We assume he did, but it was off-screen.

I think it'd be cool if they showed him as a walker in an upcoming episode. Might be too late for that though as most people might not remember him. I'd also like to see what happened to that Mexican family that left the group in the first season.

He was hoping that, eventually, he would walk his way back to Atlanta and regroup with the rest of his family, which had turned while attacked trying to escape Atlanta.

Wasnt one of the characters bitten and they hid the bite until they slowly turned? Andrea's sister? Or Carol's husband?

Carol's husband and Amy (Andrea's sister) were both killed during the camp attack. Carol's husband was being a ##### about Shane kicking his ###, so he was attacked in the tent while everyone was having the fish fry. (For all we know, he was completely eaten and didn't turn. It was off-screen.) Amy took a bit to turn, but didn't hide it. Everyone saw her bit. Jim originally tried to hide that he was bitten, but I believe Carol(?) quickly brought it to the group's attention. He took a bit longer to die, but we never saw him turn. We assume he did, but it was off-screen.

SO then Amy disproves his point, no? She was bitten and eventually turned. She didnt die of an infection and then turn.

She certainly died. No question.I'll rephrase: Amy was using Dale's Camp RV bathroom. She exited the trailer to ask where the toilet paper was when a walker came from behind and bit her hard on her arm and neck. She died from trauma and severe blood loss. Everyone saw this and there was no way to hide it.

It thought it was extremely well-established at the end of the episode that Milton burned the zombies.

Based on what? Like most good shows this one tries to keep you guessing. I figured maybe it was so obvious that Milton had lit them up that it probably wouldn't end up being Milton.

That's what I was thinking so I went with Morgan. He's bound to show up this coming show or the following one.

The pyro was wearing gloves, but I thought I saw white skin at the wrist.

Yeah, she died slowly and reanimated slowly IIRC. There seems to be some sort of relationship there too. Die fast, return fast (Shane). Die slowly, return slowly (Amy, the old guy Milton was studying). I'm probably forgetting some counter examples though...
