Official World Cup 2010 Fantasy League (1 Viewer)

Im here ALL NIGHT. Tough first half but I'll take the score considering the Celtics couldn't make a shot AND are in foul trouble AND got killed on the boards. I think I'll open some sticker packs now Z. I pulled a 000 earlier. I need one guy to complete Australia, lol. My son took his sticker book in for show and tell btw. He is predicting an Italy win btw. He will be five in a week or so. :thumbup:Ill text Tasker if someone PM's me the #.
I have ooo, #2, #4, and #5 stickers, plus the final World Cup trophy sticker as well.I also have a stack nearly 3" tall of double, triples, quads, etc.Haven't completed a single team yet. The closest I have is still 3 stickers short.

This draft is **officially** becoming difficult.

I feel like I'm kinda ####ed because I don't have players on the big-name teams. I think that's going to be huge in this one, and I have players from France (x2), Netherlands, Germany, South Korea, USA, and Uruguay.

I really like your last 2 picks, particularly this one. Hernandez has started 5 of the last 7 friendlies for Mexico, so although their coach in general likes players with experience, I think Hernandez will start throughout the World Cup for however long Mexico lasts.

Looks like Tasker went to bed at 8:30 last night. I bet we get stuck there tonight. I'll send one or two guys to bob as a predraft. Don't want to send more than that and give out guys that could fall another round or two in this crazy draft.

Also willing to take Tasker's predrafts to keep it moving tonight.
Huh? I have yet to hold up this draft at all, except for the time I intentionally waited until the last minute before skipping Jmon.I'm available from like 8 AM - midnight via text...just ask Derek...

Alright, I'm out for the night. Boub is OTC until 9 AM. I'm not going to text him at 11:30 PM, just in case he's sleeping or something.

I will be back around lunchtime to update things. As usual, text me if I'm OTC.

Take your time, Sebowski is next and that won't happen for a while. The clock hasn't started yet.

Ok, this is what will happen. When Mr. Yuk picks, that will start the clock for Sebowski. I have the list for the next pick by Detroit Fan. Since we all know how touchy he is about his mornings, I will wait until about 30 minutes into Sebowski's clock and then text him. I will not pick with Detroit until a little after 9 am PST/12 pm EST if Sebowski has not picked. So we could slow down this morning, sorry. But be ready around 12 pm EST to plow through the rest of round 8 if possible.

Why wait 30 minutes to contact him? Text him as soon as he's up.

At this point, I will. I was trying to avoid texting him at 7 am, but I will do so now as soon as its his pick.

I can only laugh at myself today, looking at my cheatsheet notes from a few days ago and all the guys I thought were under the radar and would be available for me in these later rounds.

In retrospect, maybe slightly smaller rosters would be better. In that case, I would have at least a vague familiarity with half my roster. (not that I am complainig - great job by Tasker et al on this)

By the way, I am finding that I am learning so much more about every team then ever before. My knowledge level has skyrocketed.

 :goodposting: :goodposting: I studied about 4 teams for eight hours last night around the Celts game. I have not used cheets yet! Good job everyone. BTW, if Brazil doesn't get out of group I have a slight advantage with no Bazil dudes, lol.
