I normally don't like first round clocks but we're wedged into a tight schedule. I'm OK w/ either a straight skip or sliding skipees down the draft order.

A short tournament pool is such a crapshoot that I doubt either will have any significant impact on competitive balance.

I've changed my position. I did not realize that the draft order change would cause problems. As commish, I apologize for the confusion.

Official ruling: Boub is locked into the 11th pick. Aaron's pick of Hulk is the 12th pick. The draft order will not be re-shuffled.

We didn't clarify the skip rules pre-draft, and I do not like changing rules mid-draft. The default position is that he is straight-up skipped. Hopefully Boub is okay with this. I am not sure what else to do. He has been PM'd and texted....I hope everything is okay with him. It's a tough call, but the start date and time of the draft was clearly posted along with the 1 hour clock.
