1. Make sure macros are enabled

2. Hold down Ctrl+Alt+V (enables excel voice command)

3. Speak "download latest scores" at your normal diction.

It's a little less responsive than Siri, but still pretty good

@Charv when South Korea took the lead I totally was thinking of the way I flipped my pick from South Korea to Russia at the last minute. I have the luxury of having been wrong either way.
