One of the fumble recoveries from MNF (1 Viewer)

When Buckhalter fumbled inside the Packer's 10-yard line, I could have swore Hawk made the recovery (with both Woodson and Barnett forcing the fumble). The NFL Gamebook shows Barnett with the recovery. Does anybody else remember the play??

That's what I remember seeing. Barnet starting the tackle, Woodson stripping the ball and AJ falling on it. It's what the annoucer said as well. Maybe we'll see a correction.

Barnett recovered the fumble. Hawk had a chance at it and had a hand on it but Barnett slammed in there and ripped it out.

Barnett recovered the earlier fumble from McNabb. On the play he's questioning Barnett wrapped up CBuck & Woodson stripped the ball. Woodson fell backwards and the ball rolled away from him. NFL credited Woodson with the FR, but I also thought it was Hawk who ended up with it. I don't see how Woodson could have possibly gotten it.

1-2-PHI4 (6:20) D.McNabb FUMBLES (Aborted) at GB 2, RECOVERED by GB-N.Barnett at GB 4. N.Barnett to GB 4 for no gain (J.Jackson).
That was the first fumble on the botched handoff.
1-4-GB4 (10:48) (No Huddle) C.Buckhalter right tackle to GB 3 for 1 yard (C.Woodson). FUMBLES (C.Woodson), RECOVERED by GB-C.Woodson at GB 3. C.Woodson to GB 3 for no gain (C.Buckhalter).
This is the one in question, Barnett isn't even mentioned although he did make the stop while Woodson stripped the ball.

Ah, sorry. Didn't read closely enough. Should know better than to correct WD anyway. There continues to be much worse spotting than in previous years this season -- last night there were a number of tackles also awarded to the wrong player, including one to Noah Herron which has since been corrected. Becoming more and more of an issue.

Something as FFers we're probably going to have to learn to live with. You're setting a bad precedent when you start over-turning scoring results based on personal judgement even if you are 100% correct. It sucks, but like bad calls by refs it works both ways.
