Actually up 1/2 a pound this week, but my lean body mass is at it's highest point of the year. Not doing any heavy weightlifting, just pushups and a ton of walking.Weight loss kindof stalling this week so far, but my BF% finally dropped below 30% today. Small victories.
Weight lost: 17.4
Fat lost: 22.03
