Friday on the other hand I was so not hungry, had lots of water, dinner at 8.30 was 5 oz ham and half a (small) plate of sliced poatoes with mustard.
This morning some leftover pasta/lentil/tomato sauce and some ham.
Went to my business partner's house had three beers, three home made sticks of beef jerky (really tasty) and tonight two medium baked potatoes, one with salsa and one with salt and butter.
