Had 1 spoonful of homefries, 1 turkey sausage, about 4 scrambled eggs with water.
I look spectacularly manly in my spandex. Â Besides, my manly spandex allowed me to run a 2,000 calorie deficit today. Â 2 hours - 155 average HR.Nope, at least your arms are getting a little bit of work and you don't have to wear gay bike shorts on the elliptical. Â Spin bike > elliptical on the gay scale by at least a 2/1 margin.Â

Was pretty ripped, picked up about 20lbs between September and December and now I'm in the process of losing it again. I carry a lot of weight naturally, even skin and bones in high school I weighed 185 and I've got way more muscle now.I thought you were ripped?  What are you 7' tall?

Â I have to switch to Thursday weigh ins for myself (I'll still post them on Monday to make it easier on FC) b/c I literally have 1-2 bigger event type things basically every weekend from now til the end of the competition....including Mardi Gras and a week long trip to Disney. 1. Â Burger King 2 for $10 whopper meal - Eat both whoppers, both fries and both drinks.
2. Â Wendy's 4 for $4, get 2 of those for $8
3. Â Garbage plates either for breakfast or late night snack. Â I ate 2 of these at one sitting once. Â Amazing
4. Â Wegmans sub, Large 14" sub, assorted with Mayo on white roll. Â Coke/md to drink and a bag or 2 of wise's onion rings or bbq fritos.
And just eating crap food when going out, met my buddy out before christmas at a local place. Â 20 wings sweet and sour (they make the crispy) served over mac salad and then appetizers of fried banana pepper coins and french fries. Â All for me.
Also, Â Frozen mountain dew from Speedway. Â Everytime I'd stop for gas, I'd run in and get one of these, any size only .75 and they are so good. Looked up the sugars in that thing just now. Â Woah.Â

yeah, from Sun-Sat. Â Did the same thing 2 years ago...going with 3 of our other friends families...so should be a blast. Â I don't mind Disney like some adults...and it makes it easier with a big group.Going during MG?

5'9. Â Target is probably 160ish. Â I'm in generally good shape, but my cholesterol has been creeping up over the years (around 200-220)...so I really try to hit the cardio hard (circuit training 2-3x a week). Â But I do eat a lot of sodium heavy foods....so it's a delicate balancing game I play.How tall are you/what's your target weight?
