Yea, I'm all about calories in < calories out being the be-all-end-all method of fat loss. I do however recognize that some specific mix of nutrient intake can impact fat loss a little differently in the short run, but in the long run, to me, it's all about how much fuel your body gets versus what it needs.Gary is a anti-thermo. James is the biggest thermo guy in here. Or at least the most active.
I'm not on board with the insulin theory that Gary has. So James and I share some common ground here but not for the same reasons.
I actually follow and agree with a lot of what @culdeus posts. Excepts when he posts about how hard it is to gain weight. Then I kind of want to punch him.
