Screw slimfit... Hate it, my legs never fits in anything. My legs are too big for regular size - I always have to "mix". Also, don't agree with a shorter sleeve jacket. But I'm just an average schlubI'm wearing cuffs and pleats right now. Guess I need aThis. This was a step for me, since I'm 49 and historically years behind any fashion trend. Have always had cuffs and pleats, had some 3 button or double breasted, but just re-did wardrobe after weight loss and followed suggestions above to a tee. Much cleaner look and have really grown to like it.'offdee said:Do's:- 2 button (avoid the recent fashion resurgence of double breasted)- make sure sleeve length shows approx. 1" of shirt cuff- get a colorful pocket squareDon'ts:- no cuffs on your pants- no pleats on your pants'EYLive said:I'm probably going to purchase a gray slim fit suit this spring to get ready for summer weddings. Are there any trends that I should be aware of or avoid?.Can I get no pleats without a 'slim fit'? The slim fit always seems too tight in my thighs. Also, I'm I sacrificing ball room with no pleats?
