i imagined a statistic earlier today called Projections Accuracy Barring Injury (PABI). it would be a measurement of commentator/analyst accuracy at predicting attempts/yards/tds over previous seasons. i was wondering if anything like this already existed.

i think it would be incredibly helpful because i'm willing to bet that some people are much better at evaluating talent/situation at certain positions and worse at others.

cant find it but they have a breakdown of points per quarter with injuries taken into account. its in the subscribers content

i didn't find it particularly useful though

smaller sample sizes can give you inflated results. locker would project at 25+ ppg, for example

example 2:britt would have broke every receiving record last year if you looked at only his health quarters

I know there's some website that shows how all the analysts projections have turned out over the past 2-3 years. There's some threads discussing it on this board, but I wouldn't know how to search for it.
