Well, I screwed up. I really didn't care about a second TE and it showed. I drafted a backup in round 19 without checking the bye weeks. Wasted Pick. Anyway:

QB: Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Schaub

RB: Kevin Jones, LaMont Jordan, Fred Taylor, Chris Perry, Najeh Davenport

WR: Andre Johson, Larry Fitzgerald, Ashley Lelie, Bobby Wade, David Givens, Anthony Gonzales

TE: Antonio Gates, Bubba Franks

K: Robbie Gould, Jeff Reed, Rob Bironas

DEF: Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos

QB - Mark Bulger 9, Chad Pennington 10

RB - Willie Parker 6, Julius Jones 8, LenDale White, 4, Kevin Faulk, 10, Greg Jones 4

WR - Reggie Wayne 6, Marques Colston, 4, Donte Stallworth 10, Wes Welker 10, Marty Booker 9, Nate Washington 6

TE -Desmond Clark 9, Alex Smith, 10, Jermaine Wiggins 4

DEF - Minnesota Vikings, 5, Arizona Cardinals 8

K - Joe Nedney 6, Kris Brown 10

I wasn't planning on having 3 TE, but Wiggins in the last round caught my eye. Not like Desmond or A. Smith are exactly world-beaters.

QB: Philip Rivers, Jason Campbell, Billy Volek

RB: Ladanian Tomlinson, Deuce McAllister, Ladell Betts, Correll Buckhalter, Brandon Jackson

WR: Roy Williams, Braylon Edwards, Brandon Jones, D.J. Hackett, Ernest Wilford, Chris Henry

TE: Alge Crumpler, Bo Scaife

Def: Jacksonville, Miami

K: David Akers, Matt Bryant

BusMan

QB: Vick (8), Frye (7), Quinn (7) <--- Hopefully I have the Browns starting QB locked up

RB: LJ (8), Benson (9), T.Bell (6), Michael Bennett (8), Maurice Morris (8)

WR: Driver (7), R.Brown (5), Vincent Jackson (7), Williamson (5), Toomer (9), Peerless Price (6)

TE: Scheffler (6), Chris Baker (10)

K: Hanson (6), Rayner (7)

DEF: Eagles (5), Redskins (4)

I was a little skeptical of this squad in the early teens, but now I'm liking it. I think I'll go far. Not win or anything, but far...

Team Tag

QB Tom Brady, Jamarcus Russel, Andrew Walter, Josh Mcnown

RB Sjax, Tjones, Marshawn Lynch

WR Boldin, Cotchery, Berrian, Brandon Marshall, Jerry Porter, Roddy White

TE Greg Olson, Mercedes Lewis, Ben Patrick

Def Dallas D, Giants D

K S Graham, Josh Brown

I lucked out with Lynch going to Buff. With Brady not having a bye week until week 10 I should be ok at #2 qb. I think this team has a chance to go far.

Loving my receivers with Moss in NE.

WR D Jax 6, Calvin Johnson 6,Drew Bennett 9, Arnaz Battle 6, Jeff Webb 8, Travis Wilson 7, Maurice Stovall 10

TE E. Johnson 4, David Martin 9

K Feeley 9, Vanderjagt, Lloyd

D Seattle 8

Ugg, I don't know if I'll last very long with this lineup, but I had a couple of missed opportunities. On the last day of the draft, I was suspended from the forums (I still have no idea why I only post about 5 times a day or so and didn't write anything insulting or offensive), so wasn't able to get a 2nd D.

I'm betting Vandy lands somewhere, and Lloyd looks good in NFL Europa so maybe he gets a shot somewhere. He has to be better than the 25-32 ranked Ks anyway.

We'll see. If I make it to weeks 6 and 8 I'll have a very tough time surviving especially that late. I like my QBs to carry me a bit though but this is my first time in a survivor so I'm not sure how much weight one player can have.

With DJax confirmed out of SEA and B Jax landing in Green Bay, I'm two to the good already.

QB - Marc Bulger 9, Chad Pennington 10

Bulger is an easy top 5 QB if he stays healthy. Before NE did a total overhaul to it's WR core, STL had done well for themselves bringing in Bennett and McMichael to replace Curtis. Pennington isn't exactly the QB#2 I had envisioned, but that's the price you pay for trying to sow up the WR core and taking a QB early. Should end up in the top 16 QB again though, teams may actually have to care about the running game now.

B+

RB - Willie Parker 6, Julius Jones 8, LenDale White, 4, Kevin Faulk, 10, Greg Jones 4

FWP for pres. He's a top 5 talent in a great situation and has practically no competition as it stands, so there isn't going to be any splitting carries at the goal more than likely. Having inherited this team, I was glad to get a solid RB #1 to build around. FWP was the main reason I focused my next couple of rounds on the WR core versus trying to snag a #2. The draft brought no relevant competition to White (Henry has his own set of old injuries and his whole 550+ yards in college isn't all that impressive) and JJ is going to split. Faulk will get his and Jones was a flier which I expect nothing from, but maybe I get lucky and see some goal-line work.

C+

WR - Reggie Wayne 6, Marques Colston, 4, Donte Stallworth 10, Wes Welker 10, Marty Booker 9, Nate Washington 6

Wayne is a top 5 guy. If anyone is in a position to not go into a Sophmore slump, it's Colston. Stallworth's value took a hit after Moss got moved to NE, but he should still be a productive #2. Welker was snagged when I thought he basically was a lock for the #3 slot, now I'm not as sure, but he should get his. Welker was one of the only guys to go RIGHT for Miami last season. Booker and Washington both have shown to be competent recievers and are in situations to put up relevant fantasy weeks.

A-

TE -Desmond Clark 9, Alex Smith, 10, Jermaine Wiggins 4

Three TE. None of them are worldbeaters, but I figure one of them becomes 'the guy' for their team.

C+

DEF - Minnesota Vikings, 5, Arizona Cardinals 8

Vikes are underrated and should improve this season; the Cards are a much better fantasy D than real D.

B

K - Joe Nedney 6, Kris Brown 10

Two Kickers with different byes. Whatever.
Not an amazing team, but I think if my RB conglomerate of crap can piece togheter a #2 I'm solid.I'll analyze anyone's team that wants me too and otherwise may just pick a few that I think look the best atm.

:headbang: I think you're okay at RB, still.

Dang Bus...you're a dog fight and a Derek away from being without a QB!
I should'nt  but that was funny.
Yeah, I really should've spent more time over at profootballtalk.com this offseason. I've heard that Anderson is sounding the best of the pile of crap they're got in Cleveland right now, so yeah, I could easily be a Week 1 elimination. Actually, I wouldn't mind it so much, because I'd feel like a real weasel doing anything in this league with Vick at the helm.

Hey you made it to week 2 at least, although it looks like you will be without a QB until CLE gets it together.EDIT: Kind of surprised wdcrob wasn't knocked out this week to be honest.

I have to admit, it's pretty entertaining to go back and read our reactions from the start. It's funny how things change from preseason to week one.I took a weird strategy in this league, because I kept getting the #5-8 pick in the previous mocks. I kept choosing Bush because he's an uber talented back in PPR leagues. So, I changed it up and tried to see if I could come up with a team by choosing Gates at #7 overall. Not too shabby. If there was any year to have late RB value, it was this year. MJD and MBIII are early 2nd rounders when guys like Taylor, Norwood, and LJordan are overlooked.I'm weak at stud RB (but have 3 that should play and point), my 3rd WR is a bust unless Wade performs, and have no TE on Gates' bye week. Other then that...
