Jeff I was just thinking that jumping the gun is treated like a duplicate pick.....because the guy jumping the gun maybe makes his pick and leaves for awhile thinking his pick has been made and the draft is held hostage till he returns.....thought thats the way it had been dealt with in the past since we normally have an 8 hour clock and if a guy is in the middle of the draft order and thinks it will be awhile before he picks it could really slow down the draft because of his foul....otherwise there really is no "penalty" for the foul if they just go back on the clock....not trying to be a rules butthead....just sayin
