Percy Harvin's ankle injury may be serious (1 Viewer)

I'm starting to think I'll go with Harvin. I figure his downside isn't much worse than Parrish's, but his upside is definitely higher...

That's my thought to with Burleson. Much lower floor. Much higher ceiling. Much easier matchup as well.Hell with, I'm starting Harvin.

I don't think there were any legitimate questions about Harvin's toughness but if there were I think Percy answered them today.

Or the fact that he was faking the injury

Why would he take himself out of the game in a game that he was dominating? I don't know too many players who would prevent themselves from accumulating huge stats. He looked like he was playing hurt to me.

Anyone who saw him roll his ankle two weeks ago knows hes still hurting.

He's probably hurting some, but he was playing possum to some extent. You dont go from barely able to walk in practice and pregame to playing like that. He was at the very least exaggerating that injury.

Maybe he learned from the master, No. 4.
Its different at qb, IMO. At WR, you have to run top speed and make cuts on a dime. I am not saying Harvin was faking an injury, he was just exaggerating. You cannot go from doubtful, barely able to walk (rotoworld mentioned that Sidney Rice appeared to be healthier in pregames) to going full speed. I stand by my opinion that Mr. Harvin likes the attention. He isn't the only player like that.

And I stand by my statement that I don't know of too many players, if any, who would willingly turn down a chance for huge production in a game they are dominating. I think Harvin's clearly hurt. The good news for Harvin owners is he's been flat-out dominant despite the injury so he continues to be a strong starting option going forward until that changes. Of course, the Cardinals suck at trying to defend the pass but given the amount of targets Harvin got that bodes well for continued production as long as he's able to play. And if Rice returns next week, Harvin can move back to the slot where he's been outstanding. Things looked bleak most of last week for Harvin but his outlook is suddenly much brighter in my opinion.

Helluva game from Harvin today. No doubt about it.

Not saying he didnt hurt himself last week. But hes certainly milking it during practice all week. Isnt it obvious?

What the hell is going on now? Harvin reportedly practiced yesterday and today, but now Childress says he will listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against Chicago.

I heard he missed practice the last two days because of a migraine...
