Peyton Manning's regular-season record (1 Viewer)

Raider Nation

Devil's Advocate
126-46. That's pretty good. :lmao:

In case anyone was wondering, Brady is 94-29 in the regular season since taking over for Drew Bledsoe.

Stats are up to the minute.

What about other records? Odds on Peyton breaking any of Favre's....

Yards: 12,351 shy of Favre's 71,838 (needs 4117 the next 3 seasons)

TDs: 72 shy of Favre's 508 (needs 24 the next 3 seasons, or 36 next 2)

Attempts: 2376 shy of Favre's 10,169 (no chance)

Completions: 1218 shy of Favre's 6300 (4 seasons?)

Interceptions: 127 shy of Favre's 336 ;)

If Peyton can play 3 more full seasons he should break the TD mark and come very close to the yards. Attempts and completions are too far out. Interceptions record may be unbreakable. 3 seasons is a long time for a soon-to-be 37 year-old. I'll go TDs, yes (2 seasons); No for the rest.

I don't think it's at all out of the question for Peyton to play more than 3 more seasons. The next three years will be his 37, 38, and 39 age seasons. Plenty of QBs have played into their 40s (including Favre, who played through 41, Warren Moon, who was a starter through 42, and Vinny Testaverde, who played all the way through age 44). I think Peyton's mental skills can keep him holding a job long after his physical skills have started to go. I'd say yes on yards, TDs, and completions, maybe on attempts, and no on INTs.
